Yevhen Mamaychuk, the acting head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Recruitment Center (TCC), has filed his annual asset declaration for 2025. According to the document, his family earned roughly 980,000 UAH ($23,500 USD) over the year and holds $37,000 in cash reserves.

The official’s primary income source was his military salary from the Donetsk Regional TCC, which totaled 815,500 UAH. Additionally, Mamaychuk reported receiving 116,600 UAH in pension payments from the Donetsk region Pension Fund, over 36,000 UAH in state assistance, and 10,800 UAH in charitable aid from the «Caritas Ukraine» foundation.

Mamaychuk does not own any real estate. Since late December 2025, he has been renting a 67.5-square-meter apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk owned by local resident Vitaliy Prokopiv.

His wife, Valentyna Mamaychuk, owns a 2003 Renault Trafic, which was purchased in February 2023 for 200,000 UAH.

The family maintains over 385,000 UAH across accounts at PrivatBank, Raiffeisen Bank, and Oschadbank. Their cash holdings are distributed among family members as follows:

$28,000 — held directly by Yevhen Mamaychuk;
$7,000 — held by his wife, Valentyna;
$2,000 — held by his son, Hlib.

The declaration lists no corporate rights, securities, or ongoing construction projects. Mamaychuk also noted in the filing that he does not consider his role to be a high-risk position for corruption.
