Since December 2025, the service center official has been driving a luxury Audi e-tron electric crossover (2022 model). The declared value at the time of acquisition was 1.4 million UAH—the absolute lower bound of market value for this model. The vehicle is officially registered to a third party, Halyna Sytovska, while the declaration lists no expenditure details for rental, maintenance, or formal lease agreements.
Furthermore, his wife, Tamara, has owned a 2017 MINI Cooper Clubman since August 2022, reported at a value of 309,100 UAH (roughly $8,300–$8,500 at the time). Secondary market listings for well-maintained Clubmans rarely dipped below $12,000–$16,000 during that period, with recent listings hovering around $13,000–$17,000. The family also retains a 2003 VAZ-21093 valued at 10,000 UAH, registered to Raisa Zhdani.
The family’s official financial receipts for 2025 consist entirely of Zhdani’s own earnings: a salary of 462,700 UAH from the service center and a 39,200 UAH pension. His wife Tamara, daughter Anna, and son Arseniy report no income, indicating a lack of official earnings among dependents. Remarkably, the declaration indicates zero cash assets and no active bank accounts.
Despite these modest reported liquid finances, the family’s real estate holdings are extensive:
