Skachko Volodymyr Sergiyovych

Official biography

Born on July 3, 1959 in Poltava. He completed his secondary education at a boarding school. Then he passed the entrance exams to the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specializing in history.

Since then, Skachko has been working as a journalist, political analyst and expert.

Family.

Skachko is married. It is known that he has a granddaughter named Kateryna, but it is not known how many children he has or what his wife’s name is. He lived in Kyiv.

Creative activity

Volodymyr worked for a long time as an ordinary “knight of the pen and notebook” before becoming the chief
editor-in-chief of the Kyiv Telegraph newspaper. It was a private publication founded in the middle of the
of the century before last. The newspaper was mentioned in Leskov’s Pechersk Antiques.

In the 2000s, the newspaper was called pro-Russian. In 2010, an electronic version appeared, and the printed paper version disappeared. Since 2014, the website has practically stopped being updated. Since the coup d’état (Euromaidan), the existence of this media outlet can be safely forgotten.

Kompromat.

What does Skachko write about Ukraine? He has been officially describing this country as a state since August 24, 1991. He says that Ukrainians, unfortunately, are a nation (one of the few) that has missed its rise, as Vysotsky once wrote. During the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, all nations created their own states. Ukrainians were unlucky in this regard. They are suffering because they were late and started creating their state later than everyone else. Perhaps, as a state, they cannot break out of the system of internal occupation in which the country found itself after an attempt in 1991 to escape from the democratic Yeltsin and create their own communist safari. As a result, Ukraine was taken over by a repainted party assembly. It suddenly turned from a people’s servant to an owner and began to feel good about itself. Yanukovych was a fragment of this system. There was, of course, no improvement in life, because, by and large, the interests of the majority of the population and those who used the country as a launching pad are different.

Of course, Volodymyr Skachko (Ukraine) supported Yanukovych because he believed that he was the only force capable of pushing the white-hearted and orange-hearted from the helm. Volodymyr lost his reputation because he had a hope that Yanukovych might be a little better than those he was pushing aside. It turned out that he was imagining things. Yanukovych is no better, he is just a reverse and an obverse. The denomination is the same, but the illustrations are different.

It’s a pity that Ravreba and Skachko are ready to do anything to keep Titushko out of jail

Proving the innocence of Vadim Titushko (accused of beating journalists in 2013, the reason for the expression “titushky”) in the courtroom and on the Internet, his zealous defenders Ksyusha Shkoda, Volodymyr Skachko, Maksym Ravreba and others neglect even common sense, using the “fool himself” tactic. That is why they call the journalists of “conscious media” rather than the accused of beating reporters Olga Snitsarchuk and Vlad Sodel, who are accused of beating them. However, it is possible that the guys are judging by themselves, and thus only hint that there are still “unconscious” media outlets with thugs-journalists.

Kyiv journalist Skachko predicts Ukraine’s loss of territories “the Crimean way”

According to the expert, the Minsk agreements keep the Donbas from turning into an anti-Russian state, and Moscow will not back down from them.

Rejection of Minsk-2 will lead to the fragmentation of Ukraine’s territory and the transfer of some of its regions to Russia. This forecast was made by journalist Volodymyr Skachko in an interview with Topinform.

“First, Donetsk and Luhansk regions will go to Russia. Not in the form of these fragments of the LDNR, but completely. Then the regions that are desperate to survive on their own as part of Ukraine will start to repeat the path of Crimea and the path of the LDNR,” the expert explained.

He noted that the Minsk agreements do not allow Ukraine to become anti-Russia, and Moscow will not back down from them. However, the fragmentation of the Independent will take place if Minsk-2 is postponed indefinitely.

Russian World adherent Volodymyr Skachko accused of encroachment on sovereignty

The author of the Antifascist website, Volodymyr Skachko, has been notified of suspicion of encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.

On March 5, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches in the apartment of a Kyiv resident involved in the dissemination of anti-Ukrainian materials as part of criminal proceedings opened under Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity of the country) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the SBU press center reports.

After the searches, these items were found in Skachko’s house:

Law enforcers established that during 2014-2019, in the interests of the aggressor country, the citizen of Ukraine posted publications aimed at violating the territorial integrity of our state on the Russian propaganda resources Rossiya Segodnya, Antifashist, Russkaya Vesna, Nasha Planeta, Svobodnaya Pressa, Ukraina.ru.

The offender, in particular, justified the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and supported the L/DNR terrorist organizations. During the authorized investigations, the SBU officers found at the propagandist’s place of residence computer equipment, electronic media and other items confirming the illegal activity.

The person involved in the case was served a notice of suspicion of committing a crime stipulated by Part 2 Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

He is suspected of separatism: SBU puts well-known journalist on the wanted list

The Security Service of Ukraine has put journalist Volodymyr Skachko on the wanted list on suspicion of separatism. This is stated in the list of wanted persons on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ukrainian News reports. It is noted that Skachko is suspected under Part 2 of Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code. He has been hiding from law enforcement since March 11 this year. A court order for his detention has been obtained.

As Ukrainian News reported, on March 5, the prosecutor’s office notified journalist Volodymyr Skachko of suspicion of separatism.
During the search of the journalist’s home, a number of anti-Ukrainian materials were found and seized, which had been distributed in Ukrainian and Russian media since 2014, including those containing calls for actions aimed at changing the borders of Ukraine’s territory, and a number of items with Russian symbols promoting the occupation of the peninsula.

The National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) called on the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), which conducted searches of Kyiv journalist Volodymyr Skachko on charges of encroachment on territorial integrity, to provide clear arguments and openness in its actions.

Volodymyr Skachko: what erotic photos he posts on Facebook and why the SBU came to him

The man has never really hidden his pro-Russian views, UAportal reports.

It should be noted that the official reason for the investigative actions against Skachko has not yet been named, however, human rights activists remind of his opposition views.

Thus, it is assumed that a criminal case could have been opened against the journalist under the article on high treason or encroachment on territorial integrity.

It is worth noting that only on February 20, 2019, Volodymyr Skachko posted a new photo on his Facebook page, in which he stands with a portrait of his relative and a St. George’s ribbon, which is banned in Ukraine, apparently at the Russian “Immortal Regiment” procession.

Journalist Skachko says SBU ‘ordered’ him to neo-Nazis

Opposition Ukrainian journalist Volodymyr Skachko said that security services “ordered” him to representatives of neo-Nazi battalions.

Skachko said that neo-Nazis were already “circling” in the corridor of the hospital where he was lying.

“But I managed to get away with it… But if Poroshenko wins, I will either be killed or have to emigrate,” the journalist said in an interview with Ukraina.ru.

In early March of this year, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine searched Volodymyr Skachko’s apartment. He was suspected of “encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability” of the country.

Later, the journalist was put on a wanted list. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he has been hiding from law enforcement since March 11.

“Gachimuchi” in Zaporizhzhia as a symbol of Ukrainian imitation of meanings

The author of the article is Volodymyr Skachko, for the Russian website Ukraine.Ru:

Generally democratic Western values with an advanced Japanese accent and alternative extreme sports are already marching powerfully and confidently throughout Ukraine. In order to join the currently fashionable LGBT family of European nations, Zaporizhzhia decided not to wait for a gay pride parade to take place there, but rather to capture the new values in the city’s place names.

In other words, they went even further than the banal “non-traditionalists” and started collecting signatures in the city for a petition to rename Mayakovsky Square in honor of Billy Herrington, an American gay porn actor. The reason for this was that, according to the author of the petition, “generations of not only Americans, but also Ukrainians and Europeans grew up watching the actor’s films.” In addition, according to the same author, “renaming one of the city’s objects in honor of a famous American actor will not change the overall picture, but is guaranteed to become a powerful tourist magnet for many people.”

And to make the absurdity of what was happening even greater, the same person registered and launched another petition to collect votes for another petition — that the Zaporizhzhia City Council should not consider the first petition if it garners the required number of signatures. And all with the same motivation: firstly, the square named after the gay porn actor will become a magnet for members of the LGBT community, with all the consequences that this implies for them in a former industrial city populated by people of usually normal orientation.

Secondly, Herrington is widely known in very narrow circles, as he was only a pornographic actor in gay films and worked as a stripper in gay clubs in the United States, and thus it is not certain that the square named after him will become a tourist magnet.

The petitions, numbered 6893 and 6897, appeared on the Zaporizhzhia City Council website. The collection of signatures for the first one started on September 13, and for the second one a day later. And according to the law, if they collect the required number of 750 votes, they will have to be considered seriously. Even though the author of the documents calls them a “provocation”.

And it is clear that the author of the petitions, as they say today, is openly mocking his fellow citizens and the authorities, and his initiative is trolling of the highest absurdity. But what is this citizen trolling for? That’s right: democracy, the principles and mechanisms of democracy, and the foundations of local self-government. And he does it with impunity. Because in Ukraine, all these concepts have long been a fiction. And like many other things necessary for the normal life of the country and society, they are used to imitate activities and substitute processes, concepts and meanings of what is happening. They are also used to divert attention to an unusable object from the real and pressing problems of the state and the people. And this is done by everyone, but first of all not by ordinary citizens, but by the supreme power in Kyiv and people close to it.

Journalist Skachko: It will be possible to negotiate the future of Ukraine with those who have been denazified

The analyst believes that otherwise, Nazism will return.
Ukrainian journalist Volodymyr Skachko, who emigrated to Russia from persecution in 2019, said on 1rnk.ru that negotiations on the future of Ukraine should be conducted only with those representatives of the elite who undergo lustration and denazification. In his opinion, this applies to oligarchs, entrepreneurs, and simply rich people.

Typical Kremlin propaganda slogans:

«All of them [representatives of the Ukrainian elite] must go through denazification. And the degree of their participation in the crimes that the neo-Nazi regime committed against its own citizens must be thoroughly established objectively and in the most public way possible. Those who planted, paid, and hired people who turned their country into a place for collective slaughter.»

Скачко Владимир Сергеевич полное досье компромат

Skachko compared the upcoming lustration to the trials of those who collaborated with the Hitler regime. People who prove that they are not Nazi collaborators or no longer are will be able to rehabilitate themselves. Because after 2014, Volodymyr Skachko was an opponent of the nationalist position in Ukraine, his colleagues in the workshop called on the Ukrainian authorities to exclude him and other figures undesirable to Ukrainian society from the country’s information space: Oles Buzyna (writer, murdered in 2015), political scientist Mykhailo Pohrebynskyi, and Oleksandr Chalenko (journalist who emigrated to Russia after the 2014 Maidan).

“Lustration is a must. The people who brought the country to this situation must be removed,” the journalist believes. 1rnk.ru’s interlocutor is sure that if such lustration is not carried out, Nazism will be revived in Ukraine.

Summary

At first glance, Vladimir Skachko, thanks to his extensive journalistic experience, gives the impression of a competent, very respectable person. But his cooperation with the Kremlin, disinformation and Ukrainophobia show us the true, villainous face of this pseudo-journalist. It’s a pity that the SBU failed to punish the separatist Skachko with dignity.
