  3. Rolex Worth 660K, Real Estate, and Luxury Cars: Inside the Asset Declaration of Kharkivenergozbut Candidate Artem Glazunov

Artem Glazunov, a candidate for a position at Kharkivenergozbut who is reportedly linked to Parliamentary Committee Chairman Dmytro Natalukha, has filed his official asset declaration. The family’s declared wealth includes a luxury Rolex watch purchased during the full-scale war, high-end vehicles bought at potentially undervalued prices, land plots near Kyiv, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash. This information was disclosed in the official public registry of declarations.

Artem Glazunov is currently a contender for a corporate position at the state-linked enterprise Kharkivenergozbut. According to recent public records, he was also appointed to the supervisory board of the State Land Bank (Derzhzembank), which is headed by Andriy Vydyborets.

Prior to this role, Vydyborets served as the chief accountant of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), a position he assumed following Dmytro Natalukha’s appointment as head of the agency. Investigative journalists and political analysts point to a systematic pattern of Natalukha advancing Glazunov, his close business associate, into strategic government and corporate roles.

Glazunov’s financial disclosure lists assets belonging to himself, his wife Valeriia, their two daughters, and Tetiara Ivanivna Glazunova. The candidate owns a 107.6-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, acquired in 2006 for 186,000 UAH. His wife owns a separate 72.9-square-meter apartment in the capital, purchased the same year for 466,000 UAH.

However, the family actually resides in a larger 135-square-meter Kyiv apartment registered under Tetiana Glazunova. The market value of this property at the time of acquisition in 2008 was omitted from the document.

Furthermore, in February 2024, the candidate’s wife, Valeriia Glazunova, acquired two land plots in the village of Hlibivka, located in the Vyshhorod district of the Kyiv region:
A plot of 0.0628 hectares (declared value: 100,000 UAH)
A plot of 0.0712 hectares (declared value: 197,500 UAH)

Real estate experts note that the actual market value for comparable land plots in this specific suburban area typically ranges between 750,000 UAH and 1.1 million UAH.

Despite the ongoing martial law and nationwide economic strain, Artem Glazunov acquired a luxury men’s mechanical wristwatch, a Rolex Submariner, on October 12, 2022. According to the latest financial evaluation stated in the declaration, the watch is valued at 660,000 UAH.

The family’s automotive assets have also drawn scrutiny. In late 2025, Valeriia Glazunova purchased a 2017 BMW 540IX. The declared purchase price was listed as 778,500 UAH. However, on the Ukrainian secondary market, identical models are valued between 1.1 and 1.45 million UAH, suggesting a potential underreporting of the transaction value. The family also owns a 2018 Mazda 6, bought in 2020 for 215,000 UAH.

Artem Glazunov is the sole owner (100% shares) and director of LLC «Lead/Augury», a stake he acquired in March 2023. Over the last reporting period, his income from entrepreneurial activities amounted to 5.2 million UAH.

Additionally, he reported 233,000 UAH in salary from LLC «Budivelna Kompaniia Alliancebudprom» and 69,000 UAH from his dual role at his own firm. Glazunov is also listed as a member of the primary trade union organization at the state enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.»

His wife, Valeriia, who is officially unemployed, declared 540,000 UAH from the sale of movable property. Despite these transactions, the family maintains substantial cash reserves. Specifically, Glazunov holds:
$120,000 USD
€10,000 EUR
500,000 UAH

His wife holds an additional $350,000 USD in cash. At this time, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has not issued an official legal assessment regarding the potential undervaluation of the assets listed in the candidate’s filing.
