The mother of Kyiv City Council member Heorhiy Yasinsky, Olena Yasinska, owns a massive portfolio of premium real estate in the heart of the capital and land plots across regions, with revenues potentially differing significantly from official tax reports. Meanwhile, the Kyiv official’s asset declaration lists zero real estate ownership, showing only the free use of someone else’s apartment. This discrepancy was revealed through an analysis of closed registries and public booking services.

According to registry extracts, Olena Yasinska owns at least three apartments in the elite New York Concept House residential complex located at 74 Antonovycha Street. One of these properties has been converted into a luxury three-story penthouse (floors 21–23) featuring a private rooftop terrace, a jacuzzi, and a panoramic view of downtown Kyiv.
The property is actively marketed on Instagram under the brand the.penthouse.kyiv, while its booking rate on platforms like Booking.com stands at approximately €611 (over 26,000 UAH) per night. The venue is also regularly rented out for filming television projects and commercial campaigns, with its monthly VIP rental value estimated at €6.88 thousand.
Olena Yasinska is officially registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) with the primary business activity code for «Renting and operating own or leased real estate.» According to official financial statements, her business reported a rental income of 637,000 UAH for the year 2025.

However, mathematical estimates point to a stark contrast between the official figures and realistic market yields:
«If the apartment—boasting a 10/10 rating on Booking—is rented out for just half of the days in a month at an average price of 15,000 UAH, the annual turnover should reach around 2.7 million UAH. The officially reported 637,000 UAH at this price point would imply only 42–43 days of occupancy per year, which is highly unrealistic for the capital’s premium real estate market.»
The core question raised by the investigation is whether the reported tax income matches actual revenues and if taxes from this lucrative business are being paid in full.
Beyond the Kyiv apartments, the city councilman’s mother holds a large, diversified portfolio of assets. According to the Opendatabot analytical system, her holdings include:
Three land plots totaling over 22 hectares in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region (acquired in April 2023).
A land plot in the Zhytomyr region and a residential house in the village of Velykyi Molodkiv. These lands are currently leased to the private enterprise «Svitach» until 2028.
Furthermore, Olena Yasinska is the sole founder and ultimate beneficial owner of the construction firm M16 LLC, which carries a registered charter capital of 5 million UAH. Under this company’s registry code, real estate and a land plot are secured in one of the capital’s most expensive neighborhoods—on Michurina Street in the Pechersk district.

Kyiv City Council member Heorhiy Yasinsky has not yet publicly commented on his family’s wealth or the source of funds used to acquire these elite properties during the ongoing war.
