Yuriy Kramarenko, an administrator at Territorial Service Center No. 5342 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in the Poltava region, has published his annual asset declaration for 2025. The official listed a modest apartment under shared ownership, the purchase of a used Japanese car at a price significantly below market value, and a relatively modest annual income.

According to the official data, Yuriy Kramarenko earned 466,000 hryvnias in 2025. In the real estate section, the official listed only one apartment with an area of 35.1 square meters, located in the village of Kozelshchyna, Poltava region.
The property was acquired back in 1997 and is jointly owned by three individuals: Maryna Kramarenko (50%), Zoya Lytvynenko (25%), and Oksana Lavrenko (25%). The service center administrator himself only holds the right of use based on his registered place of residence. The value of the apartment at the time of acquisition is not specified in the document.
The most notable item in the public official’s asset declaration is a vehicle acquired on April 23, 2025. Yuriy Kramarenko became the owner of a 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer, declaring its purchase price as 100,000 hryvnias.
Notably, the average market value of a Mitsubishi Lancer of this model year in Ukraine in the spring of 2025 ranged between 180,000 and 280,000 hryvnias. Consequently, the declared price of the car stands at nearly half the market average.
In addition to the recently purchased sedan, the official owns three other older vehicles, the values of which were marked as «not applicable»:
A Suzuki Lets moped (1996 model, acquired in 2011);
An IZH motorcycle (1991 model, acquired in 2006);
A VAZ 2107 car (1992 model, acquired in 2008).
During the reporting period, the official also declared income from the sale of movable property amounting to 80,000 hryvnias. The funds were received from a citizen named Valeriia Oleksiivna Ryzhkova. It is highly probable that these proceeds were used to partially offset the cost of purchasing the Mitsubishi Lancer.
