The head of the Kremenchuk District Police Department, Oleksandr Kholondovych, has submitted his annual asset declaration for 2025. In the document, the official disclosed two apartments in Kremenchuk, a plot of land in the Khmelnytskyi region, foreign currency savings, and a premium Audi Q7 SUV registered in his wife’s name. Notably, one of the real estate properties was declared with a value of just 9 hryvnias, which is highly likely a technical error.
For the year 2025, the chief of the Kremenchuk police, Oleksandr Kholondovych, received 722,204 hryvnias in salary. His wife, Daria Kholondovych, who works at Gradosfera LLC, declared 417.6 thousand hryvnias in income, along with an additional 350 thousand hryvnias earned from the sale of movable property.
In August 2025, the family acquired a 2018 Audi Q7. The declared value of the SUV stands at 808.9 thousand hryvnias. The vehicle is registered under his wife’s name, while Oleksandr Kholondovych only holds the right to use it. Notably, in his previous asset disclosures, other family vehicles were also traditionally registered under his wife’s name.
In the real estate section of his declaration, Oleksandr Kholondovych listed two residential properties in Kremenchuk:
The first apartment (35 sq. m, acquired in 2007) is jointly owned by the couple and a third party, Yana Genchel.
The second apartment (51.1 sq. m, acquired in September 2023) is registered personally under the police chief’s name, with his wife holding usage rights.
In the field designated for the «value at the date of acquisition» of the second apartment, the figure 9 hryvnias is listed. This is a clear technical error made during the registry filing. According to real estate experts, the actual market value of a similar apartment exceeding 50 sq. m in Kremenchuk in autumn 2023 ranged between 900 thousand and 1.3 million hryvnias, depending on the location and condition of the property.
Additionally, in 2024, the official became the sole owner of a 1.8-hectare land plot in the village of Borysiv, located in the Khmelnytskyi region.
Jointly with his wife, the chief of the Kremenchuk district police holds $11,000 USD and 80,000 hryvnias in cash.
Whether the family’s declared assets align with their official income over the past years is to be determined by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) during its standard verification of the official’s declaration.
