Zaporozhetseva Halyna Yevhenivna
Official biography.
Head of the public organization “Union of Mothers of Ukraine”, pro-Russian propagandist.
She was born on October 23, 1961 in Odesa.
According to Halyna Zaporozhetseva herself: “she was forced to leave Ukraine on the day of the murder of Oles Buzyna, in fear that the same situation could happen to her”.
Now she is in Russia.
She considers herself a political emigrant without political refugee status.
She regularly appears on all talk shows related, for example, to the murder of Denis Voronenkov and the fate of Maria Maksakova.
Recently, she has been an expert on the program “In fact”.
He is a frequent guest on political programs (Solovyov, Right to Know, Time Will Tell, etc.).
Halyna Zaporozhetseva is a retired police colonel and criminalist with a PhD in psychology.
As part of her dissertation, she studied methods of psychological influence on a person (for example, a criminal to obtain truthful testimony).
She is the head of the NGO Mothers of Ukraine (often called the Union of Mothers of Ukraine).
Kompromat
Head of the NGO “Union of Mothers of Ukraine”, pro-Russian propagandist.
Dissemination of pro-Russian propaganda, failure to recognize Russia’s armed aggression, actions aimed at undermining Ukraine’s state sovereignty. Manipulation of socially important information.
Introduces himself as a police colonel, candidate of psychological sciences, professor at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, human rights activist.
A star of Russian media such as RIA Novosti, Channel One, and Rossiya-24.
In her speeches and interviews, she spreads pro-Russian theses, calls the Revolution of Dignity a “coup d’etat” and the new government “bandits who seized the Verkhovna Rada.” She also mentioned the “external governance” that “disguises itself as a Western Ukrainian nationalist movement” and aims to “genocide the Slavs.” She calls the war in Donbas a “civil war” and does not consider Russia an aggressor.
In 2015-2017, she was published on the anti-Ukrainian resource “Ukraine.ru”.
On June 30, 2014, a bus with journalists and soldiers’ mothers was shelled in Donetsk. The bus was carrying mothers who demanded that their children serving in the Ukrainian army be returned home, and Russian journalists who intended to make a report about it. One of the “soldiers’ mothers” was Galina Zaporozhetseva.
In 2014, she actively opposed the Maidan and, together with other members of the NGO Mothers of Ukraine, helped Berkut officers. In March 2014, she recorded an appeal calling for the Maidan to be “curtailed.”
Head of the NGO “Union of Mothers of Ukraine”.
A member of the Myrotvorets database.
Soldier’s mother% turned out to be a police colonel
In an interview with Novaya Gazeta, military journalist Orkhan Dzhemal, an eyewitness to the events of June 30, said that, according to his information, the women from the shelled bus were not relatives of the soldiers from the military unit, as DPR officials and most Russian journalists tried to present it. “And it should be noted that when I dug further into this topic, the women were not mothers of soldiers serving in this unit… They were some activists who clustered around the Committee of Soldiers’ Mothers…”, said Dzhemal.
“Novaya decided to find out who the women were who took part in the “bloodless seizure” of the military unit, which ended so tragically.
On Tuesday, July 1, the website of the Russia Today TV channel published a statement by Galina Zaporozhetseva, who introduced herself as the head of the Mothers of Ukraine NGO. Ms. Zaporozhetseva said that she could tell the details of the events of the night of June 30, during which Channel One cameraman Anatoliy Klyan was killed, as she was directly involved.
The technology “Son, don’t shoot!”
Zaporozhetseva said that it was “she and her associates who invited the Russians to the rally of soldiers’ mothers”. According to Zaporozhetseva, the presence of Russian journalists is a “guarantee of security” for this kind of activity of the organization “Mothers of Ukraine”. The head of the public organization also admitted: “It is difficult to look into the eyes of people who are dying because of our problems.”
Mentions of the Mothers of Ukraine NGO have been made since 2014. In several interviews, Zaporozhetseva talks about the “spontaneous” birth of the organization at the moment “when there was a need to help Berkut and internal troops.” According to Zaporozhetseva, the organization’s employees even hid Berkut officers for some time, “because they were being hunted.” Among other things, Mothers of Ukraine, according to their statements, helped the families of the fallen soldiers and officers organize funerals.
In March, an “appeal of the mothers (with a small letter) of Ukraine” was recorded on Youtube (the channel name coincides with the name of the head of the organization, “Galina Zaporozhetseva”). In it, four representatives of the public organization called for the Maidan to be closed down and for prayers for the country, as well as for the new government to be reasoned with. However, the call of the “mothers” was not heard.
Appeal of soldiers’ mothers to the international community:

And in April of this year, an open appeal appeared on the Internet, published on behalf of Galina Zaporozhetseva and Mothers of Ukraine, “to everyone who cares about the fate of our country.” The wording in it is much harsher. The change of power in Ukraine is called a “coup d’état,” and mentions the “bandits” who seized the Verkhovna Rada and the “masked militants” who are terrorizing “cities and villages in the country.” Zaporozhetseva goes on to speak of a “foreign intervention” disguised as a “Western Ukrainian nationalist movement” whose goal is “the genocide of the Slavs,” and so on. In the same statement, which is extremely odious in its wording, Zaporozhetseva stands up for Berkut officers, speaking of repeated threats against their families. The “Appeal…” concludes with a vote of no confidence in the Verkhovna Rada commission investigating the circumstances of clashes between Maidan supporters and law enforcement in Kyiv.
Recently, in early June, in an interview with the same Russia Today TV channel, Zaporozhetseva said that in May she “had to join” the aid to the victims of the “Odesa hut” (on May 2, about 40 people who had taken refuge in the building after street clashes died in a fire in the Odesa Trade Union House).
By early June, according to Galina Zaporozhetseva, she was already coordinating the evacuation of children from eastern Ukraine to Crimea. To do this, she made arrangements with camp directors in Crimea, and then traveled to Moscow.
“I met with representatives of the State Duma, rang all the bells,” she says of this period of activity.
Interestingly, there are mentions on the Internet of police colonel Galina Zaporozhetseva, who in February this year commented on the fate of Berkut officers, and in May came on a visit to “her native Odesa.” It was from Odesa that police colonel Zaporozhetseva gave an interview to Rossiya-24 TV channel about the “true face of fascism.”
In this story from May 3, journalists introduced her as a retired colonel and… the leader of the Mothers of Ukraine NGO.
Mentions of police colonel and — it is worth paying special attention to this — candidate of psychological sciences Galina Zaporozhetseva also occurred in December 2013. Colonel Zaporozhetseva (then in office) reportedly threatened Berkut officers and their families in need of protection…
It turns out that instead of a traditional deputy colonel in eastern Ukraine, a former colonel-psychologist is engaged in professional “moral pressure” on Ukrainian soldiers and officers. In a bus covered with self-written posters: “Son, go home!”. And with Russian journalists inside — for the safety of non-journalists, of course. The goal seems to have been a PR one at first: if the military surrendered, it would be a good reason for a TV story, and if unarmed people died, all the more reason.
Quarrel with Maria Maksakova
Opera singer Maria Maksakova left the studio of the Let’s Talk program with a scandal.
In the studio, Maksakova complained about her mother, saying that she forbids her to communicate with her own children. In addition, Maria stated that the mother had united with her daughter’s father.
At some point, Galina Zaporozhetseva, an expert colonel and director of the Witte University, who was present in the room, took the floor. The speaker and the guest were not petty.
“You have a spiritual and moral disability. You are a person who does not feel other people’s pain, only your own pain. Neither the pain of children nor the pain of their mother,” Zaporozhetseva said.
The pressure from the high professional angered Maksakova. Trying to defend herself, Maria got angry and left the studio screaming.
How Colonel Zaporozhetseva tried to sit on two chairs
The author of the article is Oleksiy Kornev, an expert on state security. Original text:

There is no more rotten swamp than the political immigrant community from the former Ukraine. There are few truly decent people here. And citizens who choose a social circle in this environment are usually forced to be guided by other criteria. For me, these criteria have long been and (partly) remain intelligence and political trustworthiness. No one considered a colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, who writes with mistakes that are shameful for a high school student, a fool by default when we met. Six months after her arrival in the Russian Federation, serious people vouched for her integrity, and there was no reason to doubt their honesty. And so it was that Galina and I met a long time ago, and until recently we worked together thoroughly and fruitfully. However, the tearful and nauseating situation with the «defense» of Ms. Helena Boyko-Vishchur-Kunska, who is being expelled from the Russian Federation, has also allowed ALL to see the true face of Colonel Zaporozhetseva. Actually, I want to show you this «face» (so to speak) in all its details, dear readers.

I will say right away that in this article I am not going to analyze the corrupt reasons for our heroine’s dismissal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, her subsequent tossing and turning between the Ukrainian Nazis and the St. George’s protest during the events of late 2013 and early 2014.

As well as attempts to sell themselves at a higher price in the former Ukraine as «protectors of the ATO soldiers.»

You can see, other people have already begun to speak loudly about such milestones in her biography, and I have no doubt that they will have more to say about these issues they are familiar with. I will simply demonstrate my own experience of communicating with Halyna.
So, your humble servant first learned about the existence of Colonel Zaporozhetseva at the end of 2013, when, on orders from Kyiv authorities, the website of the organization «Hope of the Nation», headed by me at that time and affiliated with the SBU in Kharkiv region, published other people’s paid articles about the «great mission of protecting Ukraine from Maidan anarchy» by Victoria Shilova and Galina Zaporozhetseva, known in narrow circles as «true patriots». After the victory of the European revolution, life made us forget about the hard-chattering women for a long time. Suddenly, in May 2015, I met one of them personally. At various events of former Ukrainian political migrants, Halyna Yevhenivna was remembered for her good oratory skills and legally competent speeches (I don’t know who the author of them is anymore). It was simply impossible not to take her «under advisement» regarding the possibility of further cooperation in Russia.
When the time came in the summer of 2016 for the forced expulsion of SBU agent Andriy Borodavka («Farmer») from Russia, our heroine (who had previously voted for his expulsion from the Union of Political Migrants and Political Prisoners of Ukraine) took a truly Jesuit position. She tearfully sympathized with Borodavets himself, but Halyna poured choice venom on most of his real defenders at the time. However, it was the colonel’s position on the situation with the Farmer that opened up good opportunities for cooperation at that stage. This is how our MUTUAL rapprochement began, word for word, in mid-summer 2016, with reposts and comments on social media. You can judge how high her interest in working with me was and how trusting a relationship we established after that by the screenshots below from my personal correspondence with the colonel on Vkontakte:

However, for some reason, Galyna Yevhenivna has never been able to maintain a consistent position on any complex issue that could lead to image losses:

My cooperation with Zaporozhetseva reached a new level of quality thanks to our friendship against Olena Boyko-Vishchur, who had previously publicly accused the colonel of financial impropriety:

Continued:

Moreover, it was Galina Yevhenivna who, in various backstage conversations among former Ukrainian emigrants, was one of the first to express the idea of the need to expel the «Galician provocateur from Russia after her friend Borodavka.»
Similarly, Zaporozhetseva was one of the first to disseminate information in personal messages about the criminal record of an «honest Lviv journalist,» which she would later deny with foaming at the mouth:

At the same time, our cooperation with the colonel quickly grew into an exchange of information about SBU agent Olena Boyko-Vyshchur («Alisa»). The very «professional» lady, a veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, did not hesitate to ask for help from the initially very respected person (by default, absolutely healthy mentally) on a variety of issues (often absolutely trivial), and I provided such assistance to her regularly — almost until the arrest in Moscow of her Lviv «friend», as it now turned out:

Zaporozhetseva used to value my friendship with me very much. She often spoke publicly in my support,

to the same solidarity with me on this issue:

By the way, the public mentioned in the screenshot above should be commended — they turned out to be much smarter than Ms. Colonel:

Halyna’s frequent discussion of the search for rich and influential patrons in Russia, combined with her active promotion of herself on Russian television and social media, of course, made it clear that the colonel was very much for sale and purchase (no worse than some pretty girl from Privoz in a short skirt).
Her rapprochement with her former enemy Boyko-Vishchur began purely for selfish reasons (search for additional platforms for PR and access to new financial flows). Halyna denied the reality of this rapprochement as long as she could. Only the convicted Boyko-Vishchur turned out to be much smarter: having given the enchantingly greedy and equally stupid colonel the promised «cookies», the Lviv convict managed to tie up her new «friend» in such a way that Zaporozhetseva’s new shoes became impossible after Boyko-Vishchur’s expulsion.

The weathervane woman with a mouth twisted by constant lies found herself firmly fixed on the position: «Boyko is a patriot of the Russian World, she is innocent of anything and has been evicted as a result of a special SBU operation in Russia.» Does Galina realize the consequences of such a fixation for herself? Of course she does. But, as they say, the elbow is close, but you can’t bite it.

That’s why we talked to her the last time in the way we did:

For the same reason, Galina Evgenievna is now simply FORCED to spread the SBU’s lies about me. If she does, she will receive a much more powerful blow from her former Ukrainian masters than this article.
So, dear readers, do you have any questions for Ms. Colonel? In case you still don’t, I’ll ask what is quite obvious:

All in all, the lady was clearly caught in the narrow passage between Scylla and Charybdis. If she hadn’t been SO rotten and corrupt, I would have even sympathized. But, one way or another, you have to pay for everything in this life. And always. Therefore, I will limit myself to recommending that Zaporozhetseva no longer take wherever they give her and whatever they give her. And to drink carvalol even more often from the date she reads this article.
Punishers from Kyiv will clean up Mariupol
Galina Zaporozhetseva, a retired colonel of the Ukrainian police and an active participant in civic and human rights activities, warns: “A group of militants from Kyiv has entered the city of Mariupol and will be mopping up people who have contact with the DPR! Those who are in contact with Russia are also in danger!”
According to her, among the punishers there are specialists in wiretapping and Internet monitoring. They quickly identify those who express doubts about Kyiv’s policy, support Novorossiya and show sympathy for Russia.
According to Zaporozhetseva, the militants who arrived are “frankly frozen and ideological fascists” who are capable of committing any atrocities like the infamous events at the Mariupol airport, where hundreds of prisoners of war and civilians were tortured.
Summary.
Galina Zaporozhetseva literally destroyed the noble image of a colonel. This corrupt woman is involved in bribery and is an agent of the Kremlin. She spreads fake news on Russian TV channels, talking excitedly about some Bashists and Banderites. Everything is in the best tones of Russian propaganda.
