Oleksandr Vaniurskyi, a Senior Operational Officer for Extremely Important Cases at the Volyn Oblast Police Department, has filed his 2025 financial declaration. The document reveals several real estate properties, a corporate stake held by his wife, substantial cash savings, and a premium vehicle acquired at a suspiciously low price. These discrepancies between declared valuations and market rates could trigger a formal review by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).

According to the declaration, the officer’s family owns two land parcels: a 1,012 sq. m plot in the village of Kulchyn (acquired in 2017) and a 600 sq. m plot in Pulmo within the Shatsk community, valued at 31,000 UAH. Vaniurskyi holds the right to use a 36.3 sq. m apartment in Lutsk owned by Yurii Vaniurskyi. Meanwhile, his wife, Anastasiia Vaniurska, owns two other apartments in Lutsk measuring 60.2 sq. m and 40 sq. m, respectively.
The family’s primary vehicle is a 2018 Toyota Camry, registered under his wife’s name in February 2021. Its declared value at the time of purchase was just 168,000 UAH—a figure significantly below prevailing Ukrainian market prices for similar vehicles.
In June 2024, Anastasiia Vaniurska acquired a 12.5% corporate stake in Volynprodtrade Plus LLC for 12,500 UAH. The management rights for these shares were not transferred to a third party.
For the year 2025, the family’s income and asset profile included:
Official Salaries: Oleksandr Vaniurskyi earned 424,000 UAH from the Department of Internal Security (DVB) and 89,000 UAH from the Main Directorate of the National Police in Volyn Oblast.
Property Disposition: 630,000 UAH derived from the sale of movable property to Volodymyr Boiko, finalized in November 2025.
Spouse’s Income: Anastasiia Vaniurska earned 56,000 UAH in wages from an individual employer and 70,802 UAH from Volynprodtrade Plus LLC.
Liquid Assets: The couple jointly holds $8,000 in cash, while Oleksandr Vaniurskyi individually holds 630,000 UAH in cash, alongside minor balances in personal bank accounts.
Key areas likely subject to NACP scrutiny include the purchase valuation of the Toyota Camry, the origin and nature of the 630,000 UAH property sale, and the overall source of the family’s cash reserves.
