Dnipro City Council member Kamil Prymakov (European Solidarity party) is renting a 241-square-meter apartment from his former employee, despite owning dozens of properties, luxury vehicles, and multiple business assets. This was revealed through analysis of his official financial disclosures.
Since January 2025, Kamil Prymakov—along with his wife, Oksana, and their daughter—has officially been renting a large apartment in Dnipro. The landlord is Viktoria Sabzaieva, who served until December 2025 as the director of Petrol Energy Company LLC, a firm linked to the council member’s business entities. According to insider sources, Sabzaieva may also be a relative, as she and Prymakov have co-owned another Dnipro apartment since 2011 (with Prymakov holding a 25% stake and Sabzaieva 75%).
In total, the Prymakov family holds title to 16 real estate properties and 7 vehicles, alongside a substantial collection of luxury watches and high-end jewelry. Most of these assets are registered under his wife’s name.
Furthermore, in March 2025, Prymakov accepted a gift from his wife consisting of a 50% share in a 511-square-meter house and a 1,500-square-meter land plot in Obukhivka. Prymakov declared the value of this half-share at just 50,000 UAH, whereas the house alone was previously declared at over 2 million UAH when under his wife’s full ownership.

Following the onset of the full-scale war, Prymakov’s wife, Oksana Prymakova, departed Ukraine, launched a company in Dubai, and secured an Emirates ID (UAE resident permit), signaling an intent for long-term residency abroad. However, Prymakov’s asset declarations list no UAE residential properties used by his wife.
Beyond his municipal council post, Prymakov operates several commercial ventures, most notably Trypilske Sontse LLC, a tea and coffee manufacturer. He previously served as an assistant to former Member of Parliament and former Ukrainian Association of Football president Andriy Pavelko.
