Furthermore, key details regarding the market value of prime real estate, vehicles, and exact business profits are noticeably missing from the official document, citing «family member refused to provide information.»
The latest asset declaration of the Kozyn official reveals 1 million UAH in wages earned from the village council, alongside 173,000 UAH in pension payments. Hartik holds 600,000 UAH in cash and maintains active accounts across three major domestic banks.
However, details regarding bank accounts and exact revenue figures for his wife, Liliya Hartik, were left completely blank. The report merely notes that she earned dividends from LLC «Agrobudivnyk,» lease payments through LLC «Village Development,» and proceeds from the sale of securities to a third party.
The vast majority of the family property is held by the official’s wife and daughter. Liliya Hartik’s declared properties include:
Three land parcels in Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region (3,051 sq. m, 158 sq. m, and 515 sq. m);
An apartment (79.8 sq. m) and a dedicated parking space in Odesa;
A 33% stake in a supermarket spanning 1,231 sq. m, along with the land plot underneath it in Kozyn.
Newly registered assets also appeared under his daughter’s name, Yelizaveta Hartik. In late 2023, she acquired title to a 500 sq. m land plot and a 170.9 sq. m residential home in the prestige suburb of Kozyn. The valuation for the residence was omitted from the disclosure.
Under the vehicles section, a Toyota Camry is listed under his wife’s ownership, though the village head retains driving rights. Crucially, the model year, purchase price, and date of acquisition are omitted. Additionally, Liliya Hartik is registered as the ultimate beneficial owner of LLC «Village Development,» though the valuation of her corporate rights remains unspecified.
