Serhii Hrytsenko, former Director of the Logistics Department at the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) main headquarters, has submitted his 2025 financial disclosure following his dismissal. The declaration comes after searches were previously conducted at his residence by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), revealing new family status details, overseas real estate, and substantial income.
Hrytsenko registered Irpin, Kyiv Oblast, as his official and actual place of residence. In the family section of the disclosure, the former official reported Svitlana Koliada for the first time as a common-law partner, along with three children—two sons and a daughter.
According to the official declaration, Hrytsenko owns a 45.73 sq.m apartment in Bulgaria valued at 870,000 UAH, as well as a 35.3 sq.m apartment in Irpin. The family resides in a 178.7 sq.m residential house in Irpin worth nearly 929,000 UAH, officially registered under Koliada’s name.
Koliada holds title to several additional real estate assets, including commercial property in Irpin, a house with land in the Zhytomyr region, and multiple land parcels in Irpin. The family’s vehicle fleet includes:
Toyota Camry (2023): Owned by Serhii Hrytsenko, valued at 1.6 million UAH.
Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross (2022): Owned by Svitlana Koliada and valued at 1.2 million UAH, with usage rights granted to Hrytsenko.
For 2025, the former NGU logistics chief reported 2.55 million UAH in official salary (monetary compensation), alongside pension payouts and other corporate income. Koliada declared over 1 million UAH earned through entrepreneurial activity.
