Prankster Joker incited blogger Liliya Bagirova and MP Tyshchenko
Volunteer and blogger Liliya Bagirova (@liliya_bagirova), who has more than 135,000 followers, accused the ex-restaurateur of threatening and putting pressure on her.
She recorded a video message and said that Mykola had promised to help her cope with the aftermath of the fires in the Zhytomyr region, but in reality, it all turned out to be PR and total inaction.
What does Bagirova say?
Lilia Bagirova is known for organizing charitable assistance to rescuers and victims of fires in the Chernobyl area and near Kyiv. In addition, Bagirova meets with the famous rap artist and video blogger Kyivstoner, a former member of the Mushrooms project.
“I’m just shaking and I don’t know how to tell you all this without swearing,” Bagirova begins her message to her subscribers.
According to the girl, who cries from time to time in the video, she was given an appointment by representatives of Tyshchenko’s team with offers to help organize aid for the fire victims in Zhytomyr region. They said they would contact the governor and resolve all issues.
At the meeting, the MP began to assure Lilia that the situation was “under control” and that the state had already allocated assistance in the amount of 25,000,000 UAH. Then, according to Bagirova’s version, an altercation occurred between them. The deputy continued to assure that the situation with the fires was under control, and Bagirova gave an example of fire trucks that went to the scene of fires without water. The girl reports that at that time they were being filmed by the MP’s assistants, but when she said that there was no help from the MP, they stopped filming them.
Later, according to the blogger, Tyshchenko began to threaten her with a criminal case.
«He wanted me to tell him how good he was for reacting. But I told him that he should have responded when there was a fire, not when everything was burned down, and now he’s using it as a PR tool! We shouldn’t be making videos and lying that «everything is under control,» but providing people with the necessary supplies. Why is it that the whole of Ukraine is taking off their clothes and giving, but not the state? «, says the volunteer.
Lilia demonstrated screenshots of correspondence in the Telegram messenger. In them, the subscriber “Mykola Tyshchenko” threatens her if she does not delete her video from her personal account. They say that there will be problems with the SBU because Bagirova visits Russia and sponsors the Russian army, paying taxes to the Russian budget.
“I don’t know if it’s him or his fake account that is muddying the waters, as I was sent his main number and it doesn’t match, unless he has several telegram accounts. Although the manner of correspondence is his. And I don’t think a fake would write such things and defend him. Most likely, Nikolai just had enough brains to write not from his main account so that he could move out later,” the girl suggests.
“I warned you in a good way! My friend is the president,” Tishchenko writes and hints that law enforcement officers may find drugs on her boyfriend’s person. Kievstoner also spoke about this in the video.
“In short, Nikolai Tishchenko has just written to my beloved woman that the police received a complaint, saying that your young man has drugs in his house. If there is a search, I (Tishchenko) have nothing to do with it,” Kievstoner laughs hard at the end of the video.
It was the Joker
The same video was posted by the famous Ukrainian prankster Joker and reported that he had left the karate. A couple of minutes later, he wrote a message saying that he was the one who had been corresponding with Bagirova on behalf of Tyshchenko.
“I woke up after being sick. And I saw a video of a popular blogger, a girl named Lilia, crying on Instagram. I could not pass it by. I looked into it. It turned out that my old friend Tishchenko had offended the girl. Her heart hurt because of the fires in the Zhytomyr region. Tyshchenko decided to calm her down, called her to a meeting, but something went wrong. For some reason, the MP decided to organize a PR stunt, set up cameras and started filming. Instead of putting out the fires, he wanted to publicize the problem. She refused. But I decided to improve Nikolai’s PR on Instagram. Am I not an Insta-blogger to you? Kolya, next time I won’t confess, and you’ll be fired,” the prankster wrote.
Joker also admitted that the messages about the FSB and the army were his on behalf of the MP.
It turns out that it was definitely not Tishchenko who wrote the messages, but he did go to the meeting with the blogger and it took place near the parliament building.
Tyshchenko’s version
Tyshchenko himself confirmed in his blog that he met with Bagirova at the exit of the Verkhovna Rada. According to the MP, he said that “the situation in Zhytomyr and the fires is complicated, it requires solutions and that these solutions will be made.” And then, according to the MP, “pure hype began, mixed with outright and cynical lies.”
Mykola also claims that he did not write any threatening messages to anyone (which, as we can see, is true — the Joker wrote them).
“Okay, let’s leave the volunteer’s emotional attacks out of this for now. I understand that. These are emotions. And I even recognize that a person has a right. But a false message from an abstract phone, where someone cleverly wrote my name, is beyond the pale. First of all, I did not write such a thing and could not even write it. By definition. Secondly, being a public figure, I am well aware that any word I say will immediately become public knowledge. Especially if there has already been a resonance. Thirdly, it is obvious that you have to be an absolute fool to speculate on the president’s name in public disputes. Again, I am well aware of how many different groups are conducting, let’s say, covert investigative operations against me in order to leak it to the media. And fourthly. This whole scandal is clearly scripted, well thought out and well paid for. I may have to look into it in more detail, including with the help of law enforcement agencies… Ps For those who did not understand after ten repetitions, it was not me who wrote these idiotic SMS, to put it mildly,” the MP summed up.
The MP’s wife intervened in the scandal
Bagirova’s followers literally attacked Tishchenko’s Instagram account. They write their comments with the scathing hashtag #всеподконтролем. On the page of Alla Baranivska, the MP’s spouse, haters even promised to burn her and the couple’s three-year-old son.
Today, Alla also recorded a video in which she says that Lilia Bagirova is lying, and that she and her family are receiving threats and wishes to burn alive.
“They call me and say that I will be responsible for all the fires, although I have nothing to do with them. I’m sorry that people are so easily fooled by lies,” Alla says, crying.
A response from Bagirova was not long in coming. She published an excerpt of a recording of a telephone conversation between Mykola Tyshchenko and her boyfriend, and also claims that she is writing to Alla Baranivska, but she does not respond to messages.
In the published call, Tyshchenko, mixed with foul language, asks Kievstoner why his girlfriend is crying and why he is promoting himself in his name. By the way, the Joker did not take responsibility for the call, and most likely it was the MP who called.
“Alla doesn’t read my messages, but she endlessly posts my photos and insults to me. That’s why I have to post everything I wrote to her in private messages in public, so she is more likely to see it. Both Albert (Kievstoner) and I, at the request of our older friends, were against making the facts public until the last, but they crossed all boundaries and we are forced to prove the truth at Alla’s request.
Likewise, I have received dozens of messages from Alla and Nikolai’s social circle, even from people I don’t know, but they fully support me and talk about how long ago they got lost on all fronts. Alla claims that her husband did not organize a meeting with me and that he did not call us after that. So here is the audio in which his colleague invites me to a meeting.
