Bohdan Hihanov: defector and traitor
Hihanov is an active deputy and works off party money with an A+. The entire banquet of the OPFL party in the Odesa City Council is paid for by businessman and MP Vadym Stolar, who promoted Tetiana Plachkova to the mayor of Odesa (responsible for the black cash desk of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate).

Hihanov was elected to the city council from the Opposition Bloc, but when Skoryk and most of the Opposition Bloc team joined the OPFL in 2019, as did his party boss Boyko, Bohdan Viktorovych jumped to the Trukhaniv-Akhmetovskyi district and actually worked against Boyko and the OPFL.

Bohdan Hihanov was born in 1983 in Sokyryany, Chernivtsi region. Here, he still has a sole proprietorship with the right to engage in trucking. In addition, his wife was listed as the founder of NCA Lynx LLC (contribution of 17 thousand hryvnias), and he was the director of the company. Since January 2014, the company has been in liquidation because they failed to file tax returns.
Higanov’s wife is also listed as a founder of the company «Cash Odesa». Her contribution amounted to 400 thousand hryvnias! At the same time, the politician himself also conceals the information that he is the founder of LLC «Construction and Investment Company «Comfort», where he contributed almost 356 thousand hryvnias! At the same time, Bohdan Hihanov’s place of residence is registered at 20, Gymnaziyna Street, apartment 1. Interestingly, the candidate did not indicate in his declaration whether he rented this apartment or bought it.
It is worth reminding that the commercial director of Comfort is a former vice-governor Oleksiy Yeremitsa, who was involved in corruption deals under Skoryk and Matviichuk.

A scam with a tender

SCANDAL AROUND NABEREZHNY KVARTAL RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN ODESA
According to media reports, Oleksandr Baiderin and Bohdan Giganov decided to take away their legally purchased real estate in the Naberezhnyi Kvartal residential complex from Odesa residents.
Deceived investors:
In October 2014, the service cooperative Naberezhnyi Kvartal, with Lithuanian citizen Gerdas Dubrikas and PJSC Hanner-Invest as its founders, entered into an agreement for the construction of a two-section apartment building with Olympic-Trans LLC, where Gerdas Dubrikas was also a director and one of the founders at the time.
According to the agreement, Olympic-Trans LLC provided the land for construction, while Naberezhny Kvartal provided construction, financing and raising money from the public.
From that moment on, Naberezhny Kvartal began to enter into contracts with people for the construction of the real estate object, as well as for the provision of apartments to them, indicating the floor, number, area and the attachment of a plan-scheme.
Gerdas Dubritskas himself denied his obligations to build the house and withdrew from the founders of Naberezhny Kvartal.
At the same time, Naberezhny Kvartal entered bankruptcy proceedings, and the almost completed building was re-registered to Olympic-Trans LLC.
After that, Oleksandr Baiderin, a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the OPFL, became the director of Olympic-Trans LLC, who is well known for raiding and evicting a family from their apartment, using thugs to beat the residents of the apartment,” the Odesa media specify.
At that time, the raider was also stopped by Ukrainian MP Artem Dmytruk. Baiderin, as the new director, demanded that the residents of the building, which had been built but not put into operation, pay an additional $200 per square meter.
For more than a year, the victims went to the authorities and demanded justice. All to no avail.
In May 2021, they created their own service cooperative and signed a contract with a security firm. On May 29, another move was carried out, and MPs Giganov and Baiderin arrived at the construction site to prevent it.
It should also be noted that several hundred Odesa families, including pensioners and the disabled, have suffered from the fraudulent actions of the developer.
The situation is riddled with arbitrariness and fraud. However, at the request of the residents, Ukrainian MP Artem Dmytruk arrived at the scene of the conflict. This time, he stood up for the legitimate rights of the people without pathos and PR. But the “big swindlers” Giganov and Baiderin have stepped aside for now.
Dmytruk decided to refresh the memory of the city council members that the right to housing is guaranteed by the Constitution, and that the greatest value in Ukraine is a person, his or her health and safety.
If someone disagrees, Dmytruk said, then his place is definitely not in the city council, where it is necessary to think about the city’s residents, their rights and decent life — the country does not need such deputies.

The recommendation to «negotiate» has not disappeared in his other posts.

Bogdan Giganov embezzled budget money, participated in corruption schemes and did not hide his love for the Russian world. But despite all the criminal baggage, according to media sources, he still remains in Ukraine and has not been properly punished.
