Compromising evidence.
Illegal obstruction of journalistic activity
In 2015, Chornyi Viktor Ivanovych ran for the position of Kyiv mayor from the party “The Right of the People”. He listed his place of work as the Limited Liability Company “Detective Security Company ‘Svarog’. In 2016, the Svarog Detective Security Company was renamed into the Storm Detective Security Company LLC (39714982). Chornyi is the head and owner of 35% of this company.
LLC “Detective Security Company ‘Storm’ was involved in an incident with obstruction of the work of journalists during filming at the Zhulyany airport in November 2017.
Neo-paganism and ties to Russian neo-Nazis, Organization of “titushky”
According to Skhemy, in 2013, on behalf of the Ukrainian Choice, he spoke about the need for a referendum to support Ukraine’s accession to the then Russian-led Customs Union.
The name of the Svarog detective security company is not accidental — Viktor Chornyi has been using neo-pagan themes since he created the Svarozhychi music band in 2010. Coincidentally or not, the practice of neo-paganism is widespread among Russian neo-Nazi and ultranationalist movements, which, in particular, were used by the Kremlin at the beginning of its aggression against Ukraine in the east in the spring of 2014. For example, as was the case with the famous murderer Milchakov.
On the Internet, you can find information about how Chornyi is associated with the activities of the SDPU (O) and the organization of “titushky” during Euromaidan.
Security firm Svarog or how militants appeared in Kyiv
This is not the first time that pro-Russian events in Kyiv have been guarded by the hitherto unknown Svarog company. If you dig deeper, you will find that this structure is closely connected to the head of the NGO “Ukrainian Choice — the Right of the People.” Svarog’s fighters openly walk the streets of Kyiv wearing bulletproof vests and special equipment, and there is no reaction from the authorities.
How Storm guards became assistants to Medvedchuk and Chornyi:
On June 22, 2016, pro-Russian forces celebrated the anniversary of Nazi Germany’s attack on the Soviet Union. Communists, odious progressive socialists and the “Ukrainian Choice — the Right of the People” were guarded by athletic young men from the Svarog detective security company. According to “Livyi Bereg”, the company is headed by Viktor Chornyi, vice president of the Combat Sambo Federation.
Political magic. MP Chornyi “pumped” Medvedchuk’s aura and “spoke” to Putin through shamans — Bihus.info
MP of the banned Opposition Platform — For Life faction Viktor Chornyi, who is considered a trusted bodyguard of the suspected high treasonist Viktor Medvedchuk, used occultism and “magic” to influence his “boss”.
This is stated in an investigation by Bihus.Info journalists who received data from Chornyi’s computer.
The data from the hard disk contains files for several years — documents, photos and videos. Among them are recordings with shamans, so-called slipshods and hypnotists, whose services the MP used for political purposes.
Through hypnotists, shamans, and slipshods, Chornyi “pumped” Medvedchuk’s energy (aura), convinced him that he would be a good guard and therefore should become an MP, scared Medvedchuk with “American hypnotists” and worked in every possible way to ensure his magical victory in the parliamentary elections. Through the “magicians,” Chornyi imposed his authority on Medvedchuk and “increased” the OPFL’s rating.
The shamans, commissioned by Chornyi, performed rituals with photos of political opponents. This is how the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Yuriy Boyko (OPFL) fell under the “hand of the magicians”.
Chornyi was even interested in interpreting dreams about the Medvedchuk family — he was checking whether Oksana Marchenko’s cat Kokosyk was in danger.
Through the occultists, Chornyi also wanted to curry favor with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In one of the videos, a hypnotist and a sliper try to contact the head of the Kremlin on behalf of the MP.
The MP’s files contain references to similar “cults” of Kremlin officials.
It is unknown where Chornyi is now, but journalists have found out that he has not left the country.

Three MPs from OPFL wanted to flee Ukraine, weapons were found on them
Vadym Rabinovych was found with guns and cash, Viktor Chornyi with 2 grenades, and Oleh Voloshyn with a pistol, according to the State Bureau of Investigation.
Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) searched MPs from the Opposition Platform — For Life (OPFL) faction who illegally crossed or planned to cross the state border of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
The SBI found 2 grenades on Viktor Chornyi’s person:

As a result of the searches, three guns and large sums of cash in hryvnias and dollars were seized from MP Vadym Rabinovych. Viktor Chornyi tried to take two grenades (F-1 and RGD-5) with him. Another MP, Oleh Voloshyn, had a Makarov pistol.
OPFL MP Viktor Chornyi defended his PhD thesis in public administration with the same violations as his faction colleague Ilya Kiva.
This is stated in the investigation of Bihus.info.
Chornyi defended his thesis at the IAPM a month earlier than Kiva, in March. And the deputy chairman of the specialized academic council at the defense was Volodymyr Gurkovsky, Kiva’s supervisor.
“In his dissertation on “Formation and Implementation of Mechanisms for Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Authorities (on the Example of EU Countries and Ukraine)” Viktor Chornyi submitted a certificate of practical implementation from the NGO “Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration” with an obviously forged signature of Olha Rudenko. MP Ilya Kiva submitted the same certificate with a forged signature to his PhD thesis. Kiva’s certificate was later retroactively replaced, while Viktor Chornyi’s dissertation remained unchanged,” the journalists note.
For his part, Chornyi said in a comment that he “does not know of anything that does not comply with the legislation of Ukraine.”
Скріншот із підробленою довідкою з розслідування про дисертацію Іллі Киви:

According to the investigators, Chornyi, like Kiva, refers in his work to a falsified collection of materials from a scientific and practical conference held at IAPM in 2018. Chornyi identifies himself as a participant in this conference and refers to the fact that his material was allegedly published in the official collection on pages 149-151. However, the official printed collection, which is in the possession of Bihus.Info, contains only 144 pages, and it does not contain Viktor Chornyi’s materials.
It is noted that Oksana Parkhomenko-Kutsevol, who was the coordinator of that conference and collected materials for the collection, confirmed to Bihus.Info that Viktor Chornyi was not among the participants of that conference. Chornyi said that the coordinator had gotten something wrong.
“Obviously, Viktor Chorny is referring to a falsified collection of scientific and practical conference proceedings, which, after Kiva’s defense, was suddenly posted on the IAPM website and “hung” there for several days. Subsequently, IAPM Vice Rector Serhiy Khrapaty explained that this collection was a fake that was fraudulently published on the university’s website,” the journalists reported.
Another common point in the dissertations of Viktor Chornyi and Ilya Kiva is the author of the dissertation files. The metadata of both dissertations contain the same author — DOVGAL.
Viktor Chornyi and Ilya Kiva’s dissertations have the same file author:

When asked about this coincidence, Viktor Chornyi answered journalists as follows: “The fact is that the files are sent, and the supervisor checks these files. That’s all.”
It is unclear how this answer explains the same author in the metadata of both dissertations. After all, the author of a file does not change because someone opens the file. And Kiva and Chornyi have different supervisors: the aforementioned Volodymyr Gurkovskyi for Ilya Kiva and Yevhen Romanenko for Chornyi, the journalists added.
“Svarog” in special equipment
So, who the founders of Svarog are, is at least somewhat clear. What is the organization itself? Its name first appeared in the media on May 9, 2016, when Svarog militants guarded members of Viktor Medvedchuk’s Ukrainian Choice, who were wearing Colorado ribbons. Eyewitnesses say that Svarog first appeared on February 21, 2016, while guarding the Inter TV channel.
Later, on May 31 this year, the combat wing of Medvedchuk’s men appeared in Chernihiv, where they guarded a roundtable of the Ukrainian Choice. According to eyewitnesses, the Svarog militants were wearing good camouflage and bulletproof vests, which, however, did not help them.
Equipped as assault police units, on June 15, Medvedchuk’s men appeared in the center of the Ukrainian capital. They were guarding the congress of the same Ukrainian Choice party.
It is interesting that one of these characters is wearing a T-shirt of the Dynamo Minsk hockey club (“brotherly help” from Batska?).

The Svarog website states that they can be found at the following address: 23/b Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv. It is noteworthy that companies associated with Medvedchuk and the Surkis brothers are concentrated in the same building.
For example, the Union of Advocates of Ukraine can be found at this address — its first president from 1990 to 1997 was Viktor Medvedchuk. Also registered here is B.I.M. International Law Offices LLC, one of the founders of which was also Viktor Medvedchuk. There is also the International Law Firm “B.I.M.”, also founded by Viktor Medvedchuk.
Also, at 23/b B. Vasylkivska Street, you can find the asset management company MTIR ESSET MANAGEMENT, whose activities are associated with the Surkis group. As well as Slavutych FPK LLC (FPK is a financial and industrial concern), whose activities are also linked to the Surkis.
A quick look at the “residents” of 23/b Velyka Vasylkivska suggests that the companies of the so-called “Magnificent Seven” — a business and political group that emerged in the early 90s — are concentrated here. Its founders were Viktor Medvedchuk, Hryhoriy and Ihor Surkis, Valentyn Zgursky, Yuriy Karpenko, Bohdan Hubsky, and Yuriy Lyakh. The parent business structure of the “magnificent Kyiv seven” was called B.I.M.
In the case of the Svarog detective and security company, it is possible that it is a paramilitary (as evidenced by their equipment) structure closely linked to Viktor Medvedchuk, the godfather of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Tracing its mentions in the press, one can see the “evolution” of Svarog from guarding pro-Russian events in civilian clothes to guarding Medvedchukists in special equipment. And then what? Weapons and welcome, “polite little green men”?
“Servants of the People” discussed “alcopops” at the Rada meeting, and the MP from the OPFL decided to eat bulls
The discussion about “alcopops” was held in the chat of the “servants of the people” called “Servant of the people. Committee” (apparently, this is the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy).
According to the correspondence, which was recorded by a #Bukv correspondent, one of the participants in the conversation suggested “organizing a party in the format of alcohol tourism.”

Meanwhile, Viktor Chornyi, an MP from the Opposition Platform — For Life party, decided to eat bulls right in the parliamentary hall.
Subscriber “M.” taught “Medvedchuk’s bodyguard” Chornyi how to comment on Bihus.Info tapes
OPFL MP Viktor Chornyi consulted with a certain “M.” about how to comment on Bihus.Info publications.
The correspondence was captured by a correspondent of the Bukvy publication:

During the session of the Verkhovna Rada, the MP was talking to his assistant Natalia Illarionova. He received the following message from her:
“Regarding Bigus. I have looked at it. No need to respond. A comment may be as follows (at a convenient time). We already know such “whistleblowers” as Serhiy Leshchenko. We know his career rise and where he is now. Bigus follows the same path and hopes for a “promotion”. Bigus is gluing together fake investigations. But the most high-profile investigation will be the investigation “Who is Bigus?” (the author’s spelling is preserved).
Chornyi responded to this message succinctly: “+”
It is not clear from the recorded fragment of the correspondence who “M” is, who gave advice on how to respond to the publications of Bihus.Info.
The plot on Trukhaniv Island
“It’s not a search, but an inspection of the premises according to a court order. But there is lawlessness there. They broke down the fence, although we had three more days,” explained Ivan Boychenko, director of the Storm security firm, commenting on the police presence on Trukhaniv Island on April 9.
Article from the Chesno portal:

The police explained that law enforcement officers were acting within the framework of criminal proceedings on the illegal seizure of a land plot.
The land in question is on Trukhaniv Island, where the public organization Club Kozak is based. It is run by Yan Marchenko, who until recently was considered a pro bono assistant to Taras Kozak, a member of the Verkhovna Rada and owner of the sanctioned TV channels (112 Ukraine, NewsOne and ZIK).
According to law enforcement, Club Kozak illegally seized a 1.16-hectare plot of land that was in communal ownership and, according to experts, was worth more than UAH 25 million.
“A fence has been erected on the land plot and a number of buildings and structures have been placed there. Specialists of local government bodies were not allowed to enter the territory of the site, and access to it is limited,” the Kyiv Prosecutor’s Office reported.
The investigation was launched after a journalistic material by Bihus.info. Eventually, the court ordered the land plot to be returned to the city, but an appeal overturned the decision. The issue of cassation is currently being decided.
Conflict over construction on Yamska Street
In late February, the police searched a bus that was parked near the OPFL office. The reason was a shooting near the capital’s construction site on Yamska Street the day before. They allegedly shot at representatives of the nationalist organization Tradition and Order, who, in their own words, were protesting against illegal construction.
The OPFL called the search a police provocation.
“There was no ‘Storm’ there. But all this was provoked because there was a bus with those who were shooting. This bus is similar to the one used by Storm. Then a search was conducted in the office of the OPFL, which protects Storm. When the real bus was detained, it was clear that Storm had nothing to do with it,” said Viktor Chornyi. He called it an act of intimidation against Storm and OPFL.
The police confirmed that two buses were stopped that day.

«The other car that was stopped in the Kyiv region belongs to a private individual. About 30 people in the car gave explanations to law enforcement officers. They had no documents confirming their affiliation with any organization or movement,» the police said. They added that traumatic weapons and permits were seized from the car.
The lawyer of 15 of these people, Vladislav Golikov, said in a comment that his clients belonged to a security organization whose name he did not remember.
Representatives of Tradition and Order, when asked what they were doing on Yamska Street, said that they were fighting against illegal construction. The security guards at the construction site said that they had seen weapons on the nationalists’ side, but they could not say who started shooting first.
According to the facility’s passport, the construction customer is De Resort Development and Mriya Construction Association LLC, and the general contractor is Seven Hill East Europe LLC. According to the information on the Portal of the State Electronic System in the Construction Sector, the developer received an official permit for construction work in December 2020 and allegedly has the relevant documents.
The representative of the client company, Schwarz Ariye, explained that they had shown all the documents to the nationalists.
«We have all the permits, I, as an international developer, would not build without permits. I don’t know what these guys want from us, as we have shown them the permits many times. They are really interfering with our construction,» said the customer’s representative and added that he did not rule out this as a way for activists to make money.
«They just shout that it is illegal, we show them what is legal. Then they disappear and come back in two or three days,» says Schwartz Ariye.

According to law enforcement sources, the second bus belonged to Serhiy Ruzhytsky’s Doncorp Ukraine company. The company and its head are involved in the so-called “Semenchenko PMC case.”
Ruzhytskyi explained that he had known the construction customer for a long time, and he was asked to talk to the activists.
“The customer’s representatives helped us a lot in 2014, bought us two drones and taught us how to work with them. So we felt morally obligated. Two days before the incident, I met with the organization. They said they understood everything,” said Ruzhytsky.
He also added that at the request of the customer, he advised them to hire security guards from the OK Comet company, with which they were allegedly friends, and they were on duty on the territory.
“They took our bus to have transportation in case of emergency. “OK Kometa arrived when they broke down the gate and did not let the truck with concrete through. But the activists were the first to open fire. “It wasn’t the Komet officers who were shooting, it was these guys from Tradition and Order who were shooting at the Komet officers. We had almost no weapons. There was one ‘pump’ that never fired, and one or two ‘traumatizers’. And those were actually firing. They even made a dent in the shield. A ‘traumat’ does not do such things,” said Ruzhytskyi.
Bohdan Khodakovsky is the head of Tradition and Order. On April 28, the police searched his place on suspicion of hooliganism. In particular, according to the investigation, representatives of the organization terrorized the lawyer at the request of a third party, threatening him with murder. The organization denies these accusations and holds rallies “Against Police Arbitrariness”.
MP shows porn site on his phone in the parliamentary hall: the network names the person, OPFL member responds
A member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine displayed a porn site among one of the browser tabs on his phone during a meeting.
The corresponding video was published on Sunday, May 2, by the Telegram channel with. According to the anonymous author, the politician is Viktor Chornyi, an MP from the Opposition Platform — For Life party.
Tabs on Viktor Chornyi’s phone:

The leaked footage shows only the MP’s hands and the screen of his smartphone. In addition to the website with adult content, the MP’s browser also shows several articles and news sites.
“Chornyi faced a difficult choice during the Verkhovna Rada session: read the news from the Prosecutor General’s Office, watch the “mature moms” category on PornHub, or find out what the head of the State Property Fund is doing,” the author of the Telegram channel joked.
Amber smuggling
The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland has officially announced a special operation to eliminate an amber smuggling channel from Ukraine to Poland.
The NGO Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is involved in this case.
The ABU is a renamed version of the infamous Anti-Corruption Committee of Ukraine. It gets even more interesting. Because the founder of the Anti-Corruption Committee of Ukraine is the current Medvedchuk MP Viktor (formerly Vadym) Chornyi, who was Kyslytsia in his maiden name, or rather before he was imprisoned. He is an interesting guy. We wrote about him once.
Having safely populated the SBU’s K Department with Transcarpathian smugglers, Viktor Andriyovych can rest easy — there is simply no one in the country to investigate his corruption schemes (including the most high-profile ones). However, Yushchenko knows how to report to the West. And under his tutelage, a number of public organizations designed to fight corruption have been set up to fight corruption. We have already written about a ridiculous office called the Anti-Corruption Committee. Its head is a certain Eduard Efimenko, a citizen with a murky past and a changed consciousness who loves to send photos to the media like “Me and Yushchenko” or “Me and Medvedko.” One would think that what is particularly harmful about an ordinary urban madman? There would be no harm, if only Yefimenko did not actually represent so-called anti-corruption NGOs at the state level. There would be no harm if these organizations were not actively engaged in “solving problems” and were not the agents of the very corruption.
Or another prominent anti-corruption organization: “The National Committee for Combating Corruption, headed by a certain Vadym Chornyi.
According to the attached SBU certificate, this prominent anti-corruption activist not only has a criminal record, but is also hiding under a false name.
The document indicates under what circumstances and when Chornyi changed his name and surname:

This nice man named Kyslytsia was arrested in 1993 in the Dnipropetrovs’k region and tried under Articles 118, 222 and 229 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months in prison. And despite the fact that Mr. Kyslytsya changed his surname to Chorny and even changed his patronymic, he is still listed in the special file of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Nevertheless, this “fighter against corruption” is actively visible as a public figure, has an office on Khreshchatyk, and successfully “breeds suckers” and “solves issues” with law enforcement. What is there to be surprised about?
What is doubly interesting is that Chornyi is the head of Medvedchuk’s Svarog paramilitary guard. I wonder if Svarog is also involved in amber mining and smuggling under the guise of SBU officers. By the way, the SBU now has a good reason to investigate the activities of this structure and its owner.
In general, the Anti-Corruption Committee of Ukraine was a pretty good organization. By the way, former SBU officers also “served” there.
Medvedchuk’s associate was caught doing “hard” work in the Rada
30.10.2019
On Wednesday, October 30, during a session of the Verkhovna Rada, Viktor Chornyi, a member of the Opposition Platform — For Life faction, was buying weights in an online store.
The photo with the politician was published by the Informator telegram channel.
Viktor Chornyi chooses a kettlebell during working hours:

The MPs came up with a scheme to get their relatives to work in the Rada: over two years, they received UAH 4.5 million.
Relatives of politicians work as assistants to MPs in the Verkhovna Rada: six wives, five children and one daughter-in-law. During their two years in the parliament, they received salaries from the budget for almost 4.5 million hryvnias.
Babel’s source: OPFL MP Chornyi controls a raider organization exposed by the SBU
On October 22, 2020, in the city of Fastiv, Kyiv region, the SBU detained members of a public organization funded by MPs. In Kyiv region, the SBU exposed an organization that was engaged in raiding at the request of MPs. The SBU detained two “activists,” while others are wanted for participation in raider attacks, rallies and protests. This organization is controlled by Viktor Chornyi, a deputy of the Opposition Platform — For Life faction, together with the head of the Fastiv Jiu-Jitsu Federation, Andriy Isayev.
This was reported to Babel by a source in law enforcement.

«We are talking about the sports club of the NGO «Sports Nation of Fastiv». Under the supervision of Maksym Petrenko, the club acted as a kind of recruiting base for attracting new members of the Patriots — For Life NGO, which is controlled, financed and coordinated by MP Ilya Kiva from the OPFL faction,» the source said.

Most of the members of this group were used as additional “security” for the OPFL party’s office premises on Velyka Vasylkivska Street in Kyiv or to organize “raider attacks”.
Among the detainees are young men born in 1989-1999. The source said that they were detained in Kyiv on the eve of Independence Day for illegal possession of weapons, as well as in Odesa and the region after the OPFL conference In Odesa region, police took fifty young men with knives and batons to the OPFL congress.
MP Chornyi defended the separatist channel “Nash”
MP Viktor Chornyi from the OPFL party appealed to Interior Minister Denys Monastyrskyi and Head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko regarding the attack on journalists of the Nash TV channel in Sumy.
This is stated in the text of the statement.

In his parliamentary address, the MP informed that on October 30, 2021, a group of unknown persons attacked journalists of the Ukrainian TV channel NASH in Sumy on the central square during a live broadcast. The police were not enough, the dialogue police were unable to resolve the conflict and prevent these people.
OPFL MPs raised millions for bail for pro-Russian propagandist
MPs from the Opposition Platform — For Life party have posted bail of UAH 2 million for pro-Russian propagandist Yuriy Dudkin, suspected of high treason. The “expert” participated in live political talk shows on banned Russian TV channels.
This was reported by Andriy Lesyk, a member of the Kharkiv City Council, on Facebook.
Viktor Chorny also contributed money to the release of the propagandist:

The money was paid on April 13. Together with the Kharkiv deputy, MP Viktor Chornyi from the OPFL party was in the photo near the cash register.
On February 24, 2021, the Ukrainian special services served a notice of suspicion to a pseudo-expert who worked in the interests of the Russian special services. According to the investigation, the propagandist created a network of web resources (social media groups and a YouTube channel) and bloggers who undermined Ukraine’s state security and were funded by Russia.
The SBU raided Medvedchuk’s bodyguards. They were trading in classified information
The Security Service conducted searches in the office of the private security firm Storm, which belongs to associates of the leader of the Opposition Platform — For Life, Viktor Medvedchuk.
Storm guards were conducting illegal wiretapping and video surveillance, Ukrayinska Pravda reports.

“Employees of a private detective security company sold restricted information for a monetary reward. The offenders sold printouts of telephone connections and data from closed databases to customers for a monetary reward,” the SBU said.
Searches were conducted, in particular, at 23 Vasylkivska Street in Kyiv, at the addresses of the office premises of the security company, the detective agency and the residence of the persons involved in the proceedings.
The SBU also reported that the co-founder of the detective agency was served with a notice of suspicion.
Former Medvedchuk’s bodyguard “showed” a watch worth 250 thousand in the Rada
MP Viktor Chornyi of the Opposition Platform For Life party wore an expensive Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Dive watch to a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on June 30, 2021.
This is evidenced by a photo taken by Apostrophe photographer Roman Petushkov in the session hall.

It shows the politician wearing a watch that sells for $9,300 in online stores.
Know-how from the OPFL: MPs invented a special mechanism for dill giving
MPs from the Opposition Platform — For Life party, Serhiy Larin and Viktor Chornyi, have designed a mechanism that allows you to tap without pressing someone else’s button with your finger. During the voting for the amendment to the draft law on the abolition of parliamentary immunity No. 2237, Larin, sitting in the seat of his faction colleague Viktor Chornyi, pressed the button in front of him with one hand and activated the strange “device” with the other. As a result of these actions, the “for” buttons were activated in Larin’s and Chornyi’s seats.
During the vote for another amendment to the same draft law, Larin pressed the button on Chornyi’s remote with his right hand, and the “mechanism” apparently pushed it with his foot and received two votes in favor.
“Living by Chornyi’s rules”
The MP’s income is quite modest, but this does not prevent him from leading a luxurious life. At the same time, he hides his wealth using his children.
MP Viktor Chornyi lives in a luxurious mansion on the banks of the Krasna River, which flows through the village of Trypillia. The lake alone, created by the MP, has more than 60 acres of water mirror. However, Chornyi declares only 16 acres of the entire land on which the estate is located, which is allegedly rented by his wife from the village council, where there is an unfinished bathhouse. What is not clear is why Chornyi is building a bathhouse in the corner farthest from the lake.

All other land belongs to his adopted children. However, he does not include any information on the rights he has to use this land, where the houses, baths and garages are located, in his declaration.
In addition to the mentioned 16 hectares, there are two plots under the estate owned by the MP’s son Vasyl — a plot of more than 60 hectares (lake) and 25 hectares where the main residential buildings are located. Vasyl is also the owner of the estate itself.
Two other plots of 25 and 15 acres belong to Lilia’s daughter-in-law.
Skeletons in the closet
However, it should be recognized that the Chorny family has many other “skeletons in the closet.” Viktor Chornyi married for the second time to the wife of the rector of the Academy of Water Transport, Vasyl Mykhailov. The rector was arrested in 2009 for sexual orgies involving minors. However, in 2013, despite having viewed 35 gigabytes of pornographic videos, the court decided that there was insufficient evidence of the crime.
But can we really expect a conviction of a man who represented Yanukovych in the 2004 elections? The rector’s family had deep ties to the Party of Regions, in particular through his wife, Olga Arkanova.

The former wife of the scandalous rector, now Viktor Chornyi, Olga Arkanova-Chorna, ran for the 220th constituency of the Verkhovna Rada from the Party of Regions in 2006, but was unsuccessful. Her 2015 attempt to get into the Kyiv City Council under the wing of Oleksandr Omelchenko was also unsuccessful. Currently, Olha is a paid assistant to Oleksandr Koltunovych, an MP from the OPFL.
A year before her husband, the rector, was fired, Olha ran for parliament from the Party of Regions, but again failed.
It was at this time that she got together with Viktor Chornyi, who even adopted her children from her previous marriage.
Although she still says hello to her ex-husband Vasyl, albeit through the fence. After all, Vasyl Mykhailov’s large estate is located literally next to the Cherny family nest in Trypillia.
Daughter Lilia
The MP’s daughter Lilia Chorna became a deputy of the Obukhiv district in the 2020 elections, where she became the secretary of the Standing Committee on Housing, Improvement, Communal Property, Transport, Communications and Infrastructure. Of course, she was elected from the OPFL.

Currently, rumors are spreading in Obukhiv district that Lilia Chorna has Russian Federation citizenship. Journalists of the Bulava Media Investigation Center have not yet been able to establish this fact, but employees of the district council claim that they have repeatedly heard Lilia herself talking about booking tickets to Russia.
While the whole country was watching Medvedchuk’s flights to Moscow, did anyone follow Lilia’s travels to Russia, or was anyone interested in what she was taking there and what she was bringing back? Who better to play the role of a confidant than the daughter of someone who is responsible for the safety and life of the main representative of Russian interests in Ukraine?
In her first declaration as an MP for 2019, Liliia indicated the double surname Shevlyakova-Chorna and declared a land plot and a 279-square-meter house in Russia. She is the sole owner of the said real estate, the value of which, according to her, is UAH 2 million 96 thousand. Lilia received the title to these properties in 2017.
Shevlyaeva-Chorna received a salary as if she were teaching at a secondary school in the village of Velyki Ugony, Lgovsky district, Kursk region, Russia. In particular, she declared 25 thousand 921 hryvnias of salary received by Lilia for working in a Russian school.
In addition to the money she earned in Russia, Lilia also declared 190 thousand hryvnias from her business activities.
Probably believing that the Constitutional Court has permanently abolished the penalty for illicit enrichment, at the suggestion of OPFL MPs and her father in particular, Lilia did not indicate any earnings in her 2020 declaration. The only income she had for the whole year was 150 thousand hryvnias from the sale of a used car.
But such a meager income did not prevent the Obukhiv MP from increasing her savings. Accordingly, in the 2020 declaration, the cash amount of dollars increased by $7 thousand compared to 2019, to $77 thousand. The amount of cash rubles remained unchanged at 650 thousand.
RC Parus:

In addition to real estate in Russia, Lilia has significant assets in Ukraine. In particular, she owns a 288.3-square-meter house in Kyiv on Znamianska Street and 7.5 acres of land under it. She received this real estate as a gift in 2012.
The deputy’s daughter also has 3 apartments in Kyiv, and she declares ridiculous prices for this real estate. Thus, she estimates the apartment of 50.4 square meters at UAH 7,255, and the apartment of 33.1 square meters at UAH 4,800.
Summary
Viktor Chornyi, having an influential patron, was able to get into the parliament and steal wealth. Expensive watches, bitcoins, real estate… All of this came as a result of corrupt and separatist activities.
