Until 2017, Haisynskyi had nothing to do with business at all. He appeared in the press only in connection with a scandalous photo from illegal races and his studies in England. Rodion Haisynskyi’s next deal took place in September 2019 and was much more ambitious. In just one day, Haisynskyi became the owner or co-owner of most of Kharkiv’s major markets. We are talking about the Central and Horse markets, trading platforms near the Heroiv Truda metro station, Kholodna Hora, Traktornyi Zavod, and others.
Interestingly, before Haisynsky, the companies that own the markets were registered with non-names living in Israel, Viktor and Olena Dolgikh. The markets were transferred to this family when law enforcement became interested in the already well-known characters from the mayor’s entourage. The Nikas restaurant was also registered to the Dolgikhs, but it was re-signed to Oksana Haisynska.
