Poroshenko’s freaks are everywhere! One of them is Artur Gerasimov, co-chairman of the BPP faction. He was part of the team of the odious Serhiy Shakhov, and used his methods to win the election. Members of Shakhov’s team, including Gerasimov, handed out special «membership books» to voters in their districts, which contained 30 tear-off coupons, each of which could be «cashed in» for 50 UAH. In order to get the money, one had to come to meetings and events dedicated to «Shakhov and Co.» and exchange the coupons for money.
