Family financial situation of the Hrinkevychs
On 5.05.2023, the son of a Lviv businessman, 28-year-old Roman Hrynkevych, who is the founder and director of Construction Alliance Montazhproekt LLC, purchased a 289-square-meter house in the elite village of Kozyn, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, for UAH 25 million (with a market value of UAH 50.5 million).
In addition to the house, on the same day, Roman purchased 4 land plots in the same elite village of Kozyn.
By the way, in the investigation by Mykhailo Tkach about “War-tired visitors of the capital’s Boho club”, Roman Hrynkevych also appeared in his new BMW 760.6.6 liter car worth about $150,000 with license plates NZ VS9999EX.
17.05.2023 Hrynkevych Svitlana (wife of Igor Hrynkevych who is the ex-founder of TRADE LINE REALTY LLC) acquired ownership of two apartments in Kyiv on Dragomirova Street (Pechersk) with an area of 51.6 sq.m. and 123.6 sq.m. The market value is approximately UAH 30-35 million.
And in November 2023, Svitlana Hrynkevych bought a 1.7-hectare land plot in Lviv region.

We do not stop.
Ihor Hrynkevych’s mother-in-law is Iryna Fedak.
In 2023, she became the owner of
3 land plots in Lviv region
An apartment in Lviv on Kubanska Street with an area of 127.7 sq.m.
A 2 hectare land plot in Kyiv region.
Ihor Hrynkevych’s son-in-law is Shved Marian.
On 07.09.2023, he acquired ownership of an apartment in Lviv on Kubanska Street with an area of 161 sq.m. for UAH 8 million.
Roman Hrynkevych’s fiancée, Morozyuk Sofia, purchased an apartment in 2023:
PORSCHE CAYENNE 2015, and non-residential premises in Kyiv on Saksaganskogo Street with an area of 122 sq.m. for UAH 4.6 million.
In November-December 2023, the whole of Kyiv was covered with advertisements for the exhibition «Maznya» by the incredibly talented and successful young artist Sonya Morozyuk. Literally millions of hryvnias were spent on this promotion, and no one understood what was going on.

In her 20s, Sonia achieved such a level of success and wealth that no one could understand where it all came from.
That’s what her fans asked.
But Sonia’s answer was simple. It was all her own hard work and talent.
Like, her success, luxurious life, exhibitions, celebrities around her are the result of hard work, and her personal life is a secret.

Instead of drones for the Armed Forces, they bought watches, instead of thermal imagers, they bought Cartier jewelry, instead of pickup trucks, they bought new cars for the bride.

But there are no miracles in life.
It turned out that Sonya was the fiancée of our “hero” Roma Hrynkevych, for whom Maznya was his main investment project.
Roma stupidly invested the money he earned on corrupt contracts with the Defense Ministry in Sonya.
Millions of defense hryvnias were invested in the young girl, her creativity, and her success.
Roma proposed to Sonya this year in Venice, where he went as a volunteer.
In the end, Sonya is a good girl, and we have no complaints about her.
But there are questions to Roman, who withdrew defense money from the army and invested it in “brujantes”.
Both society and law enforcement have questions.
Compromising evidence
Scandalous procurement for the Ministry of Defense
At the beginning of 2023, this family-construction alliance broke into the procurement of the Ministry of Defense.
But they did not break into tenders for the supply of construction materials, but for the supply of clothing for the Armed Forces.
Just imagine.
Without any clothing production, sewing machines, or specialists, the three Hrynkevych companies signed 23 contracts with the Ministry of Defense in January-February 2023 for a total of UAH 1.54 billion for the supply of summer clothing and underwear. Of course, there were no open procedures or tenders.
And this is at the same time when real clothing manufacturers in Ukraine were running around screaming that the Defense Ministry was not giving them contracts, but was ordering what they did not know from whom.
Indeed, why would the Defense Ministry buy underwear for the military from underwear manufacturers when it could buy it from a family of Lviv construction workers?
Of course, Hrynkevych’s companies did not produce anything, they simply bought everything in Turkey for about 40% of the money received from the Defense Ministry. 60% in their pockets, and 40% for Turkish purchases.
At the same time, to increase the margin, underwear and clothing were purchased not based on the technical specifications of the contracts, but on the price. The cheaper the better. Therefore, the quality of the supplied underwear and clothing does not meet any conditions of military supply. But this is only the beginning of the trash.
It turned out that the company: “TRADE LINE RETAIL, SITIGRAD Construction Company, and Construction Alliance MONTAJPROEKT received money from the Ministry of Defense without the fact of delivery of clothing, under forged acceptance certificates with the right to “deliver” the clothing whenever they could.
Summer underwear was ordered by the Ministry of Defense in January-February 2023 with the condition of delivery by May 31, 2023, so that the soldiers would have summer clothes in the summer, but none of the contracts of Hrynkevych’s companies delivered the goods on time. Summer clothes were delivered in September-October, and some contracts have not been delivered yet.
The scheme worked as follows:
1. Signing of contracts with the Ministry of Defense
2. Forgery of the acts of acceptance and transfer of goods
3. Payment of invoices by the MoD Finance Department on the basis of forged documents
4. Receiving funds from the Ministry of Defense
5. Withdrawal of 60% of funds into the shadow economy.
6. Using 40% of the funds to buy foreign currency and further pay Turkish companies for the necessary tangible property
7. Importation of material property to Ukraine.
Out of the 1.54 billion received from the Ministry of Defense, almost 1 billion was withdrawn and used to purchase luxury real estate (apartments, houses, office centers) and cars for family members.
And if you think that I am “sketching” something there, then a month ago, Tetiana Nikolaienko published fragments of the Accounting Chamber’s report on Censor, which clearly describes how Hrynkevych’s companies worked.

First, the total amount of tenders received by Hrynkevych’s companies from the MoD in 2022-2023 is UAH 3.2 billion. The subject of supply was clothing, tableware, and food.
All from construction companies and according to the scheme described in the previous post.
Secondly, even after the audit by the Accounting Chamber, which found that these companies did not fulfill the terms of the contract, on December 6, 23, the Ministry of Defense signed a new contract with Trade Line Rail for the supply of food worth UAH 470 million.
Here’s the most interesting part.
It turns out that under some contracts for the supply of clothing, which TRADE LINE RETAIL was supposed to fulfill by May 31, 23, the goods have not been delivered yet.
I am publishing a payment order and an acceptance certificate that I received from subscribers to pay the Ministry of Defense for the supply of 70,000 Trade Lines Retail T-shirts under Contract No. 286/3/23/106 for UAH 12,982,200.

The deadline for delivery was 31.05.2023, but despite the signed acceptance certificate for all 70,000 T-shirts and shirts, less than 50,000 have been delivered to the military unit’s warehouse so far.
Other scandals
- In 2019, criminal proceedings were opened against Hrynkevych’s company Vizin Rish for overpricing the reconstruction of the Chop customs checkpoint.
- In 2008, Hrynkevych’s B.K. Verkhovyna won a tender for the restoration of the Armenian Church in Lviv without having any specialists or technology. As law enforcement later found out, the company forged documents. Then a criminal case was opened against Ihor Hrynkevych as the director and founder of Verkhovyna.
- And in the fall of 2023, Nashi Hroshi published an investigation that the Construction Alliance Montazhproekt LLC, whose director and founder is Hrynkevych’s son Roman, received an order from the Lviv Regional State Administration to build the Skhidnytsia Community Safety Center in the village of Novyi Kropyvnyk for UAH 33 million. At the same time, the cost of a number of construction materials in the documentation is one and a half times higher than the market price.
- In 2021, the same Construction Alliance Montazhproekt already had dealings with the military. Back then, Hrynkevych Jr’s company overestimated the cost of work at the Shyrokyi Lan training ground in Mykolaiv region. At the same time, part of the work was actually performed by another company, which was not paid for later
- In 2022, Ihor Hrynkevych, who was detained for bribery, was caught with a watch worth 77 thousand euros:
Затриманий на хабарі Ігор Гринкевич у 2022 році «засвітився» з годинником за 77 тисяч євро
And now we are watching the corrupt procurement tangle of the Hrynkevych family begin to unwind and drag down all those who signed corrupt supply contracts with them. And this applies not only to the procurement of the Ministry of Defense, which signed a new food supply contract with them in December for almost UAH 500 million.
In the photo, Ihor Hrynkevych is signing cooperation agreements with the head of the Lviv Regional Council, Yuriy Kholod, and the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi. (For some reason, everyone except Hrynkevych in the photo is sad)

SBI detains Hrinkevych for bribery
SBI officers detained a Lviv businessman, one of the largest suppliers to the Ministry of Defense, who offered $500,000 to one of the heads of the SBI’s Main Investigation Department.
This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
The bribe was offered for assistance in returning property seized from companies under his control in the course of a criminal investigation. The Bureau opened criminal proceedings several months ago over fraudulent purchases of clothing and underwear for the Armed Forces.
The investigation established that the defense procurement contracts involved companies controlled by the businessman that had previously been engaged in construction and did not have adequate production, warehouse and other facilities for the manufacture and storage of materiel for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This resulted in preliminary estimates of UAH 1.2 billion in losses to the budget and, accordingly, disruption of supplies.
Law enforcement officers found complete non-fulfillment of 6 contracts. Under at least 7 contracts, the companies supplied goods to military units only in small quantities, but received state funds for full fulfillment of their obligations.
It was also found that 8 contracts were executed with a delay of 3 to 5 months.
An analysis of foreign economic contacts and customs documents of these companies revealed facts of overstatement of the cost of goods supplied to the MoD. The involvement of former officials of the Ministry of Defense, who did not take any legal action to enforce or terminate the contracts, is being checked.
According to preliminary estimates, the amount of losses may reach more than UAH 1 billion.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

Connection with Reznikov and Balykin
It is known that Hrinkevych got all his tenders and contracts thanks to Reznikov’ s godfather Roman Balykin, and now they are working with Oleh Tatarov and Andriy Yermak to solve their problems…
