Back in the late 90s, Mikhail Lysenko began his criminal path. In 1997 he was imprisoned for 7 years for robbery, but after 4 years he was released on amnesty. In 2018, Lysenko embezzled funds from the budget, after which he escaped on a planned vacation to Turkey, but this did not save him. On his return he was detained, but after a couple of days he was released on bail in 600 thousand hryvnias, and as if nothing had happened, and he went to work again.
