Remembering the scandalous situations connected with Nikonov’s participation, including the construction of a luxury residential complex «Dimond Hill» on the Dnieper slopes on a cultural heritage monument, this fact was recalled to Nikonov during his appointment as the first deputy mayor of Kiev and head of the Kyiv City State Administration Klitschko.
