Viktoriia Shylova

YouTube blogger, journalist, activist.

Official biography.

She was born on May 4, 1972 in Novomoskovsk.
From 1989 to 1994, she studied at four faculties at Dnipro University: first the Faculty of Biology, later the Faculty of Education, then the Faculties of Foreign Languages (advanced English course) and Law (lectures on the legal system).

In March 1997, she took a practical television course at the European Television Center in Denmark. From 1999 to 2004, she studied at the Faculty of Television at the Institute of Cinema and Television at the Kyiv University of Culture and Arts.

Work on television

In December 1993, Shylova started working at Channel 34 in Dnipropetrovs’k as an editor, and in February 1994 she was promoted to head of the news service. In March 1995, she began working as a TV presenter for the political project Vich na vich, as well as a consultant for the projects Third Sector, Vdoma kak doma, Tviy Styl, and TO Versiya.
Since September 1999, she has been the author and host of the Thoughts Out Loud project. Since December 2002, she has been the head of the association of morning news and journalism programs on TV Channel 51. On January 24, 2007, she was appointed director general of the Dnipro Regional State Broadcasting Company, from which she was dismissed in July 2009.

Family.

Has a daughter Gertrude.

Compromising material

According to media reports, Victoria Shylova has changed political parties since 2006. Among them were: Pavlo Lazarenko’s Bloc, the Party of Regions, the Union of Regions, the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko, the Solidarity of Women of Ukraine, and Nash Krai. In almost every political project, Shylova had conflicts with her fellow party members.

For example, as a deputy head of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Council and a member of the regional council, Victoria Shylova was expelled from the Party of Regions “for inciting ethnic hatred and using administrative resources for personal purposes” by a decision of the executive committee of the regional organization of the Party of Regions.

In an interview, Shylova stated that she supported Yanukovych:

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

In 2006, she was expelled from the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine for radical disagreements with her colleagues.

In 2009, she was included in the list of enemies of the press, according to the National Union of Journalists, because she fired everyone who did not agree with her personnel policy. After her resignation, she went on a hunger strike, demanding to be returned to the management of Dnipro TV, but all her demands remained unanswered, and she was repeatedly sued. As the head of Dnipropetrovs’k television, Shilova was involved in other scandals: she allegedly demanded money from private entrepreneurs to maintain her newspaper, Pravyi Bereg, blackmailing and threatening them in case of refusal. Later, these facts were confirmed: she exerted pressure on public sector employees, demanding that representatives of various professions (workers, doctors, teachers) gather at meetings with her and delivering various populist speeches there.

The trial of Shylova:

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

The xenophobe and antichrist Shilova has been accused on numerous occasions of inciting ethnic hatred and propagating aggressive Ukrainian nationalism, as well as excessive hatred of Christianity: On February 23, 2012, on the occasion of the Defender of the Fatherland Day, she called on the male population of Ukraine to serve in the army and not to be like the Jews, who allegedly did not have courage.

After public outrage, she was forced to apologize and remove this paragraph from her online message. She also called for maintaining the racial purity of the Ukrainian nation, endorsed the activities of various neo-pagan communities, and threatened the Jewish communities of Ukraine with expulsion and reprisals, which she later denied. In 2011, after the conflict in the Dnipro region and the death of a policeman at the hands of a member of the Armenian community, she demanded that all Armenians be expelled from the country, for which she was again criticized. Some of Shilova’s statements (e.g., We are a great white people, we have a great past, and I am sure we will have a great future. For a thousand years to come) can be seen as racist.

Manipulation of facts and fakes

“My great-grandfather fought with Bohdan Khmelnytsky” — examples of absurdity, fakes and manipulations from Shylova.

“In 2013, Shylova, a former Party of Regions member from Dnipropetrovs’k region, convinced Kyiv residents during the election campaign that she was a Kyivan and against the Party of Regions. And since 2014, she has been engaged in anti-Ukrainian propaganda on her YouTube channel “Antiwar”. She calls herself the leader of the reviving Kyivan Rus. She posts videos like “Ukrainians are going to Crimea. It’s fun and safe there” and ”China has named a Soviet medicine for coronavirus. European medicine is an inferior medicine, it is far from the “Soviet” medicine,” in which she assures that Arbidol treats the ‘ridiculous and artificial’ coronavirus.

It is also worth noting that in 2015, the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Prosecutor General’s Office opened criminal proceedings against the Anti-War activists for attempts to disrupt mobilization.

Shilova has been a frequent guest on Russian TV channels since 2014.

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

Together with former DPR leader Zakharchenko, Shilova, as part of the so-called Mothers of Ukraine organization, inspects places that were allegedly damaged by Ukrainian army shelling.

She falsely accuses the Ukrainian special services of blowing up the car of one of the leaders of the “DPR” militants, in which he was traveling with his daughter.
It is worth noting that the Independent Media Council recognized that Shilova manipulated facts on an Odesa TV channel in 2016: “makes a number of factual statements, i.e. provides certain information not as her own subjective judgment or assessment, but as a well-known or generally recognized fact”. In particular, she cites unconfirmed data about 50,000 people killed in the conflict, referring to various unnamed “European” sources.

In addition, Shylova has been organizing pro-Russian forums in recent years both in Ukraine and in European countries. At these events, she delivers the worn-out messages of Russian propaganda about the failure of the Ukrainian authorities to fulfill the Minsk agreements, about the allegedly started “civil” war, and the “Ukrainian junta”.
By the way, at one of these “events” in Odesa in 2016, Shilova made a frank confession that went beyond common sense. She stated that her great-grandfather had fought with Bohdan Khmelnytsky. It should be noted that the Ukrainian hetman lived in the 17th century, about 350 years ago, and her great-grandfather fought with the Austrians in World War I at most.

CEC registers an ardent separatist as a candidate for parliament

In Dnipro (formerly Dnipropetrovs’k), in the 27th constituency, separatist Shilova was registered as a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada.

This is reported by replyua.net with reference to the decision made by the Central Election Commission. Separatist Victoria Shilova has never hidden her sympathies — after 2014, she lived in Moscow, constantly visited Russian channels and participated in programs. She talked about some murders of babies and the “junta”. In 2015, she participated in the mayoral elections in Novomoskovsk, but was unsuccessful. In January of this year, she organized a separatist forum in Odesa. She tried to run for mayor of Kryvyi Rih. She went to the Nazi congress in St. Petersburg. In addition to her, Marina Denisenko, the head of the all-Ukrainian public organization “Spirit of the Nation,” nominated her candidacy.

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

Zahid Krasnov, head of the Hromadska Syla faction in the Dnipro City Council, volunteer Tetyana Rychkova, city council member Anastasia Staroskoltseva, lawyer Oksana Tomchuk, representative of the Ukrop party, and Vadym Shebanov, Filatov’s former deputy in the city council, nominated their candidacies.

In Novomoskovsk, the authorities and former Party of Regions members stole a legitimate victory in the mayoral election from self-nominated candidate Lytvyshchenko

Pavlohrad did not become a turning point in the authorities’ attempts to rig the election results, and the nationwide scandal surrounding the cancellation of the second round of the mayoral race did not inoculate political cheats.

Recently, the Administrative Court of Appeal in Dnipropetrovs’k region overturned the legal decision of the Novomoskovsk TEC to elect self-nominated candidate Viktor Lytvyshchenko as mayor. This was reported on his Facebook page by Mr. Litvyshchenko’s representative in court, Oleksiy Kornilov.

And this is despite the fact that Litvyshchenko was able to become a candidate for mayor only on the third attempt and only by court order, as he was twice denied registration by the local commission.

Court decision in the Litvyshchenko case:

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

Victoria Shilova, who lives in Moscow, has been shaking up the situation in Novomoskovsk for a year and a half. Maybe because the names are the same, or maybe because Victoria received 666 votes in this election, but this ally of fugitive Oleh Tsarev managed to continue a series of unlimited decisions regarding the last local elections. Back in 2010, Viktor Lytvyshchenko suffered persecution from the Party of Regions. And now, even his obvious victory in the election against the Opposition Bloc representative, following the relevant decision of the territorial election committee, did not become a pass to power. The obstacle was an outspoken separatist, Victoria Shilova, whose arguments were gladly accepted by the Dnipropetrovs’k Administrative Court of Appeal.

For reference, for the past year and a half, Victoria Shilova has been circulating between central Russian channels, where she never tires of shocking the public with stories about the outrages of the “Kyiv junta” and “punishers” in Donbas. It is unlikely that she would have dared to run for mayor in the Dnipropetrovs’k region if she had not been guaranteed immunity by the authorities.

Self-proclaimed “leader” of a non-existent movement

“I, Victoria Shylova, am the leader of the Antiwar public movement, the leader of the reviving Kyivan Rus!” These are the words that began each of her video messages by Victoria Shylova, a fifty-year-old unemployed resident of Dnipro, who has been pretending to be a blogger and public figure since the beginning of the Russian invasion. I would also like to remind you that this person was one of the key functionaries of the now banned pro-Russian political party Derzhavstvo in Ukraine.

Previously, her YouTube channel “Victoria Shilova Antiwar” posted daily live broadcasts in which she looked forward to the Pskov paratroopers landing on Bankova Street and dreamed of creating a “unified Slavic state” under Putin’s leadership.

Posing as an extraordinary “political scientist,” Victoria Shilova has released hundreds of vile videos. But there is one last one that was released in April. After that video, which was called “They came for me,” Victoria Shilova did not go on the air again.

In 2014, Victoria Shilova, guided by her personal ideological beliefs, created an informal association of pro-Russian individuals — the Antiwar public movement. There is no information on the state registration of the movement in the Unified Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations. That is, this movement exists only in the sick imagination of Putin’s propagandists.

A “charity” for the Russian occupiers

The purpose of the Anti-War movement, which was led and directly coordinated by Victoria Shilova, was to facilitate, in particular, financial support for actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order, seizure of state power in Ukraine, separation of part of the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and their further incorporation into the Russian Federation.

In accordance with paragraphs “a”, “b”, “c”, “d” and “g” of Article 3 of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3314 (XXIX) “Definition of Aggression” of December 14, 1974 the use of force by the Russian Federation against Ukraine constitutes a crime of armed aggression and grossly violates the Memorandum on Security Assurances in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons of December 5, 1994 and the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership between Ukraine and the Russian Federation of May 31.

Thus, Victoria Shylova was well aware that the DPR and LPR terrorist organizations had a stable composition of leaders of these organizations, who maintained close relations with each other, and centralized subordination of members of the political and security bloc to the leaders of the organizations. It was directly involved in the implementation of the criminal plan and had clear functions to achieve it.

To conceal the illegal activities of the Antiwar movement, Viktoriia Shylova used the format of a charity project. This project was allegedly aimed at meeting the material needs of low-income people living in the areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions temporarily uncontrolled by the Ukrainian authorities. In fact, it served the purpose of providing material support to individual terrorists, which will be discussed separately.

In the meantime, let’s recall how Victoria Shilova practiced the Russian methodology on the eve of the war and during its first active phase.

Creating a “united state of Slavs”

It has long been no surprise that among the supporters of the “Russian world” the bulk of the biomass is characterized by an extremely labile psyche. Such individuals tend to easily fall under the influence of certain schizoteric trends. Sectarians remain sectarians in everything.

As an example, here is a message from Shilova dated 09/13/2021, addressed to just such an audience. It’s long, so I’ll cite only the most important theses in which she tried to cram propaganda for the “reunification of the Slavic peoples” under a schizoteric wrapper. Language, style, and spelling are unchanged:

An appeal to the Source, the Higher Forces of our Creator to manifest my will, which I received by the right of my birth and Freedom of Choice.

I want to be permanently disconnected from me and my family, my relatives and friends from September 21, 2021, without reconnection. …

I want to open financial energy cash flows for us to carry out and implement our plans to create a New State of Light throughout the territory of Russia.”

Calls for the creation of a new pseudo-state under the auspices of the Russian Federation by joining the territories of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus are expressed in the manifesto directly: “…our Earthly and Cosmic destiny is of a universal and cosmic scale, the unification of all people of the Light Race (or Slavs) into a single State”. And all this is further emphasized by the words: “for the salvation of both all humanity and our planet as a whole”.

This text is a manifesto of Victoria Shilova’s intentions and a declaration of belonging to the latest pseudo-religious doctrine — KOB (from Russian — “Concept of Public Security”). KOB is a destructive anti-state, pro-Russian movement that combines elements of a public organization and a neocult (sect).

Two months before the war

On December 08, 2021, a video message “The Russian people simply live in 3 countries” appeared on the YouTube channel “Victoria Shilova Anti-War”.

In this video message, Victoria Shylova once again emphasized her position:

“As a geneticist, I can say, and Vladimir Putin agrees with me here, that we are one people — the people of the Russians, or the Russian people living in three countries, I would say. These are Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. And, of course, because the historical name of Ukraine is Kievan Rus, or simply Rus. And Rus-Ukraine is the designation of the territorial location of a part of Rus, Southwestern Rus. Southwestern Rus or Kyivan Rus is Rus-Ukraine. So, guys, we are one people living in three countries.

When I talk about Russia or Belarus or Ukraine, it’s like I’m talking about my people, who just live in three different countries. There is as much Russia as I am interested in talking about. And I am interested in it endlessly, because I say it again: I was born in the Soviet Union.

All of this is my family. Therefore, for those who are particularly clever, I would like to inform you that because this is my family, I am a Soviet child. And before that — Russia, the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union — I will speak as much as I need to, because this is my land and this is my people. I think that’s enough.”

All the while, Victoria Shilova has been diligently parroting the key slogans of her idol Putin that Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians are one people, “Rus”. In this video message, she talks about territorial changes: the unification of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation into one “Russian” state under the protectorate of the Russian Federation. The main idea is further emphasized in the very title of the live broadcast — one “nation of Russians” living in different countries.

Shylova on the division of Ukraine

Victoria Shilova states the inevitability of the separation of the western regions of Ukraine as “mentally alien” to the Slavs, which is emphasized in statements such as the following.

“…I mean that the Ukrainian people, the Ruthenian people, have a thousand-year history. It is pre-Christian, it is Christian. We are just different. We are different, and this territory was divided. Often by different empires-Austro-Hungary, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Russian Empire. But Bohdan Khmelnytsky once made a choice: who is closer to us in terms of mentality, blood, spirit, and faith? And this civilizational choice worked. It worked well for the benefit of southwestern Russians-Ukrainians!”

After that, Victoria Shylova again returns to the topic of the separation of the western regions of Ukraine along the line of the Zbruch River, namely Lviv, Ternopil, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, to transfer them to the jurisdiction of Poland.

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

What will be left of Ukraine when the total collapse begins? Yes, because the Galicians will definitely not accept such a scenario. They will continue to act in the thirty-ninth year. Actually, the Poles are already there with their restitution. The restitution has already been prepared. The Poles are already writing, and they call Galicia Malopolska.”

Thus, a month before the war, Victoria Shylova significantly intensified the promotion of the idea that part of the territory of Ukraine belonged to the idealized quasi-state formation of Russia, a “united Slavic state” under the auspices of the Russian Federation. At the time, she talked a lot about the accession of the central, southern, and eastern parts of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, with the simultaneous transfer of the western regions of Ukraine to the jurisdiction of other states, such as Poland and Hungary.

The latest attempt to capitalize on the disasters of war

On March 01, 2022, a video message “Hotline of the ‘Derzhava’ party for help 0800332347″ was released on the YouTube channel ‘Victoria Shilova Anti-War’.

Victoria Shylova claimed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were allegedly shelling settlements in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions temporarily uncontrolled by the government of Ukraine.

As usual, this YouTube scum accused the Ukrainian side of creating a humanitarian catastrophe in the areas of active hostilities.

Shilova called on the Ukrainian government to accept the terms of the Russian Federation, not to resist the Russian troops and to fulfill all their demands “in order to prevent civilians from dying”. At the same time, Shilova announced the collection of funds in the form of charitable donations from citizens to support the Derzhava political party.

The bulk of Victoria Shilova’s other publications are available on the news page of the Shilova’s Telegram channel. Let’s look at just a few, because there are a lot of them.

Everything Shilova said the day before is repeated by her adored Putin. It seems that he was her subscriber.

What will Victoria Shilova be responsible for?

Victoria Shilova’s trial should be as public as possible, and the punishment should be demonstrably severe, despite her cries of “I’m a woman.” The basis of the propaganda materials she has been generating and distributing over the past eight years was information designed to actively instill in the minds of the Ukrainian population the incorrectness and inexpediency of the current internal and external political course of an independent sovereign state and the denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Victoria Shylova admires the Russian occupiers and looters, calling them “heroes”.

The materials I have studied contain public calls for changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, which is expressed in the following

— transfer of a part of the territory of Ukraine — Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions along the line of the Zbruch River — to the jurisdiction of Poland;
— transfer of the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine to the jurisdiction of Hungary;
— legitimization of the existence of two other sovereign states — the “Donetsk People’s Republic” and the “Luhansk People’s Republic” — on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine.
— transformation of the rest of the territory of Ukraine into an integral part of the territory of the Russian Federation and an idealized unified country of the future — the so-called “united Slavic state” under the leadership of the President of the aggressor state, Vladimir Putin.

So there is hope for fifteen years with confiscation of property.

Victoria Shylova, a deputy of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Council, went to a neo-fascist congress in St. Petersburg

Victoria Shilova attended a nationalist forum in St. Petersburg as a representative of Ukraine.

The user “Hu**va Bila Tserkva” wrote about it on his microblog Twitter:

“Remember this snout. This bastard Shilova is the only representative of Ukraine at the Nazi congress in St. Petersburg,” the user wrote.

Later, the publication “Chetvertaya Vlast” posted a photo of the guest list, which includes Victoria Shilova’s name.

Financing terrorism

Viktoriya Shylova systematically posted on her social media pages announcements about raising funds in Ukrainian and foreign currency to card accounts in three different banking institutions. Two of the banks operate in Ukraine and one in Russia. These are, in particular, JSC CB PrivatBank, JSC SBERBANK and PJSC SBERBANK of Russia.

Funds were collected on these personal card accounts. Then, using various payment systems and transfers, the collected money was used to support the activities of illegal armed groups and the bodies of the Russian occupation administration. The above indicates that Shylova’s actions have signs of committing a crime under Article 258.5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — financing of terrorism.

The collection of material assets in Ukrainian and foreign currency by Shylova under the guise of charitable donations, in particular, using a card account in a banking institution of the aggressor state — PJSC “Sberbank of Russia” for this purpose, requires a separate study to determine the actual amount of funds received from the Russian Federation and further transactions.

In the following publications, I will introduce you to Shilova’s clients — specific terrorists of the so-called LPR and DPR, to whom she transferred money collected as donations from complainants-citizens for children in Donbas.

Head of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional TV and Radio Company Victoria Shylova is dismissed

On 24.07.2009 the acting head of the State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting, Anatoliy Murakhovsky, signed a decree dismissing Victoria Shylova from her post as general director of the Dnipropetrovs’k State Television and Radio Company (TRC).

Ms. Shylova’s dismissal is based on Article 36(8) of the Labor Code and Article 25 of Ms. Shylova’s employment contract.

On March 12, 2009, the Governor of the Dnipropetrovs’k region, Viktor Bondar, will address the leadership of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovs’k region, the Control and Audit Department and the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting with a request to conduct checks on the misuse of UAH 5 million allocated by the regional budget in 2008 by the director of the Dnipropetrovs’k State TV channel.

On April 30, the State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dnipropetrovs’k region opened a criminal case on the fact of fraudulent acquisition of property in particularly large amounts by the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional State TV and Radio Company headed by Victoria Shylova.

On July 20, in response to the authorities’ actions, the channel’s journalists went on an indefinite hunger strike to protest the “unprecedented pressure on the channel by the governor”.

Shilova’s election campaigning

In her election program, as well as on her YouTube channel, Shylova promotes traditional pro-Kremlin messages about the oppression of Russian speakers in Donbas and external governance of the country. She is outraged by the decommunization of street and city names and promises to return them to the names of the bloody tyrants of the Soviet regime. In addition, it uses traditional political manipulations to increase pensions, reduce the retirement age, etc.

According to “Opora”, Victoria Shylova, a candidate for MP in the 50th constituency, has posted more than 100 posts on her social media pages asking for donations for her campaign, and she indicates not only the election fund account, as required by law, but also card accounts of PrivatBank and Oschadbank. Moreover, she indicates the possibility of assistance from the Russian Federation and CIS countries.

“Jeans is a hobby…”

In 2009, Shylova was awarded an embroidered vest inlaid with Swarovski stones. It was done by the blue-and-white media mogul and then-chairman of the State Committee for Television and Radio Eduard Prutnyk. That day, she also gave an interview where she was asked how she felt about dzhynsa, i.e. paid-for media coverage. Shylova replied that she was fine with it, but that dzhynsa was a hobby, but there was real journalism, and that was business.
It seems that today Victoria Shilova has managed to combine her work and hobby well.

Is the “separatist action” near the Lavra a provocation organized by Lyashko’s ex-allied?

According to some reports on social media, the action that took place at the Lavra was a planned provocation.

“On June 22, 2014, in commemoration of the 73rd anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the Antiwar public movement is holding a civil non-political action “Kyiv Against the War”. The gathering is at 11:00 at the entrance to the Kyiv Cave Monastery… According to 100% confirmed information, these are provocateurs. Also, according to the latest information, hundreds of Maidan self-defense units will be gathered at the same place at approximately 11:30 a.m. Allegedly to clear out the vatniks and color guards,” wrote a well-known blogger and publicist Dmitry Skvortsov this morning.

Шилова Виктория сепаратист полное досье компромат

Interestingly, the rally was organized by a well-known political provocateur, Victoria Shylova, a former associate of Oleh Lyashko, who at one time actively “parasitized” on the then-popular image of Yulia Tymoshenko.

In December 2013, Lyashko expelled Shylova from the Radical Party “for actions aimed at splitting the opposition”. As previously reported, about 250 separatist-minded citizens gathered on the territory of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, allegedly intending to decide on the creation of the so-called “Kyiv People’s Republic” (KPR). Social media also reported that some supporters of the PRC called for an armed uprising.
At the same time, there are about 150 Maidan activists near the Lavra. According to social media, these are representatives of the UOC-KP, ultras and Ukrainian nationalists. Neither side is taking any active steps toward the other.

Rada elections in the 50th constituency: who are Viktoriia Shylova and the Derzhava party?

Viktoriia Shylova is going to run for the Verkhovna Rada from the Derzhava political party. The party includes many other characters with ambiguous reputations.
Shylova was “honored” to be on a par with propagandists Semchenko and Vasyltsy in the “Purgatory” of the Myrotvorets website.

The reason for this was Shilova’s media and public activities aimed at defending and justifying Russian aggression against Ukraine, sponsoring L/DPR terrorists and discrediting the Ukrainian army and Ukrainian volunteers.

In addition, Shilova has been known for a number of scandalous antics on Russian TV: in particular, during one of her broadcasts on Channel One, she took a baby and brought it to political analysts Olesya Yakhno and Vadim Karasyov, shouting the phrase “Look who it is: “Look who you are killing and maiming!” Shilova preferred not to mention the fact that militants and Russian mercenaries were firing at the Ukrainian Armed Forces from behind civilians.

Among other things, in 2015, Shilova organized a meeting between representatives of the organization “Union of Mothers ‘Zakhyst’, who called themselves ‘soldiers’ mothers”, and the leader of the “DPR” militants, Alexander Zakharchenko. At the same time, Shylova was also presented as a “soldier’s mother,” although in reality she is not. At the same time, the image of Shylova as a “truth-teller” and “fighter for the people and against the oligarchs” does not coincide with who she really was before the war in Donbas. According to the Chesno civic movement, in the mid-2000s, Shylova worked at the Dnipro Regional State Broadcasting Company, then became a deputy of the regional council of the 5th and 6th convocations from the Party of Regions. Later, she was expelled for making xenophobic statements and using administrative resources for her own purposes, as reported by Radio Liberty.

Shilova herself claimed that she left the Party of Regions of her own free will, calling the political force “evil”. In addition, Shylova was expelled from the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine and included in the list of “enemies of the Ukrainian press”. She was accused of illegally dismissing a group of journalists in flagrant violation of their constitutional right to work, despite the resistance of most of the journalistic staff. When the controlling authorities discovered the facts of misuse of budget funds provided to the RSTBC as part of the regional media support program, Shilova issued statements about alleged “infringement of her journalistic rights.” In response, Shylova called the NUJU an “outdated organization”. In 2012, Shylova took part in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada on the list of the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko, as evidenced by the video of her oath of office when she joined the party. It is interesting to note that the former deputy of the Dnipro regional council from the Party of Regions ran for election as a member of Lyashko’s party, using the image of Yulia Tymoshenko, who was in prison at the time.

However, this election race was not without scandals: during one of Shylova’s meetings with voters, an activist and leader of the organization “S14” Yevhen Karas, an activist and leader of the C14 organization, approached her and asked whether Shylova had previously been a member of the Party of Regions. The ex-deputy of the Dnipropetrovs’k region’s reaction was not long in coming: she called Karas names and started shouting: “Maybe you’ll hurt my children too!” Watch the video to see what happened. In 2013, Oleh Lyashko expelled Viktoriia Shylova from the Radical Party for “actions aimed at splitting the opposition forces”. At the same time, Shylova lost her position as deputy leader of the party.

An interesting fact is that at first Shylova defended Lyashko from attacks and accusations of “non-traditional sexual orientation,” and later she began to say the opposite with no less zeal.

In 2014-2015, in the midst of the war in Donbas, Shylova called on Ukrainians to boycott mobilization and not join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For this, the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine opened a criminal case against her. In 2016, Shylova tried to enter the Verkhovna Rada in the 27th electoral district, which includes Sobornyi, part of Samarskyi and Central districts of Dnipro. However, she failed. Shylova also tried to become the mayor of Kryvyi Rih, but this time she failed. Now, Shylova is going to run for the Rada in constituency 50, which has already been mentioned above.

However, she has not been without scandals here either: according to the NGO “OPORA”, Shylova has been actively posting her campaign materials in public transport.

This is a violation of two legal acts at once: Part 9 of Article 74 of the Law of Ukraine “On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine” and Article 212 (14) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. But Shilova does not seem to be bothered by this, nor by the fact that representatives of the “Don Cossacks” are campaigning for her. At the same time, the dressed-up “Cossacks” do not hide their anti-Ukrainian statements, such as “we live in Donbas, and you go back to your Banderstadt!” It is not surprising, because Shilova’s style of political, public and informational activity can be characterized in one sentence, namely: mockery of pro-Ukrainian citizens, soldiers of the Armed Forces and volunteer battalions, including those who died. In the language of modern youth, this is called “trolling” or “banter.” At the same time, her promises to “end the oligarchy and revive the unity of the Slavs” look like nothing more than populism to citizens who do not understand politics and its personalities or do not want to understand it at all. Instead, these people are happy to consume the information garbage offered to them by the adherents of the “bloody junta” and “crucified boys” sects.

These people need to be known: an occupier’s accomplice from Dnipro angered the network

Victoria Shilova, a member of the fake organization “Soldiers’ Mothers” and a supporter of the L/DNR terrorists, angered social media with a video about ATO soldiers.
In particular, Shilova commented on the scandalous statement of military psychiatrist Oleg Druz, which cost him his post, that 93% of ATO participants are “a potential threat to society.”

“ATO soldiers are psychos who return from the conflict zone, kill themselves and their families, rob and rape, and take part in raider attacks,” she said.
Russian publicist Alexander Tversky commented on Shilova’s video on Facebook. Russian publicist Alexander Tversky commented on Shilova’s video on Facebook.

“Victoria Shilova. An enemy of Ukraine. An accomplice of the Russian occupiers. A collaborator. And just a traitor working from within the country to destroy the state of Ukraine. It would be okay if she were just an ordinary citizen (although not okay), but this unhealthy person, the leader of some party or movement. And he is calmly, publicly conducting his sabotage activities on the territory of Ukraine during the war,” the Russian blogger writes.
As Obozrevatel previously reported, Victoria Shilova, as a member of the fake organization Soldiers’ Mothers, visited the occupied areas of Donbas and met with the leader of the DPR terrorists, Oleksandr Zakharchenko.

Shilova’s mailbox

Material from the Peacemaker website.

Even before the war, Victoria Shilova was known for her skill in creating fakes, statements and aggressive actions, for which she was later expelled from both the Party of Regions and the radical party of Oleh Lyashko.

We will not hide the fact that Victoria Shilova has been on our radar for a long time, and there is an explanation for this. For the past three years, Shilova has been constantly appearing in many documents related to information operations by the aggressor country and terrorist organizations. We often see Shilova’s “presence” in the mailboxes of Ukraine’s enemies. But let’s start in order.

Thus, the first mail dump, which was made publicly available by the staff of the Peacemaker Center, contains the work mailbox of the so-called “minister of information” of terrorist organizations. “Minister of Information” of the terrorist organization ‘DNR’ Elena Nikitina, we find a letter from the ‘anti-fascist’ Shilova, sent from the mail address <[email protected]>. The mailbox is linked to Shilova’s Facebook account.

This letter was sent on 10.04.2015 (!) to the address of the terrorist “ministry” of propaganda — [email protected]. This is the first letter from Shilova in Nikitina’s mailbox. Whether she had any previous contacts with terrorists cannot be determined from this dump.

“Dear Alexander Vladimirovich!” Shilova writes, addressing the head of the terrorists, Zakharchenko. “Let’s leave it on her conscience to address a person who has brought our country a lot of grief and who has caused the deaths of many of our citizens. All these lying manipulators of public opinion and speculators on the topics of war and peace usually explain such appeals by the need to help our people in trouble.

And who is Shilova, who wrote a letter to the terrorist Zakharchenko, so worried about?

And then the mother, as they all claim in such cases, of M. Suprunenko, who was “illegally” arrested for separatism, tells the terrorists how her son wanted to go to fight in the “dpr” with his friends, but could not due to family reasons, but successfully worked in the rear.

Maksym Hennadiiovych Suprunenko, born on 03.05.1977, describes his work experience before the age of 11: from 11 to 13, he was a private household manager.

Tsarev recalls everything as usual: “the weapon was planted” and “the case was fabricated.” Shilova writes that he was included in the exchange lists.

Shilova also thanks Medvedchuk for helping Suprunenko, who was accused of separatism.

We wonder what they have in common with the godfather of the Fuhrer of the state that attacked Ukraine. If we type in the query “Shilova & Medvedchuk” in Google, we get a very interesting result: this star of the anti-Ukrainian information war constantly (there are publications from 2015, 2016, 2017) supports Medvedchuk, who was tasked by the aggressor to return to the political field of our country.

Every day, Shylova makes many different statements that are the means of information warfare against Ukraine, spreading the position of the aggressor country on the topics of Ukraine, Syria, the United States, North Korea, Europe, etc.

Fortunately, few people listen to this short-sighted and aggressive idiot, but her closeness to Medvedchuk, who uses her to the detriment of our country, makes us carefully examine her anti-Ukrainian activities, which we have already begun to do.

Blogger: The daughter of the main Ukrainian separatist was enrolled in the central kindergarten of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I hope that not all of you have forgotten Victoria Shilova, the leader of the Antiwar public movement, who, with the onslaught of an already-retired but actively younger porn actress, is fighting for Ukraine’s alliance with Russia, the people of Donbass and other Medvedchukian topics.

Victoria is a frequent guest on various Russian TV channels, where she successfully plays the role of an educated Ukrainian woman “not drugged by the Nazi propaganda of the bloody junta and world Zionism.” In her emotional speeches, Shilova consistently spreads fake information about Ukraine.

In addition to Jews and common sense, Shilova dislikes the Ukrainian political establishment, but who does, after all.

At the same time, this fierce dislike does not prevent Victoria from enjoying privileges that are not available to the vast majority of junta apologists and radical Russophobes.

In particular, according to my source, her daughter Gerda (Gertruda Germanovna Shilova) safely attends kindergarten No. 185 “Berehynia” of the central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, located at 7/14a Bohomoltsia Street.

The source claims that without a visa from the relevant deputy minister, it is absolutely impossible to enroll your child in this bohemian institution. In addition, he wonders how the Ministry of Internal Affairs managed to enroll Gertruda Shilova in a kindergarten where not every colonel can enroll his child.

I checked with the Ministry of Internal Affairs about Gertruda. They confirmed it, said that they had accepted “papers” and that, of course, no one would expel the girl from the kindergarten.

Actually, I could have avoided writing this post, but I think you should understand why all the Shilovs are tearing their hair out on Ostankino’s airwaves.

For money and for privileges. Period.

Victoria Shilova was sued for defamation related to the terrorist attacks

Deputy head of the Dnipro Regional State Administration Ivan Stupak has filed a lawsuit against regional council member Viktoria Shylova for defamation, reports the Most-Dnipro news agency.

“The statement of political provocateurs Mr. Moskal and Ms. Shylova about my involvement in the explosions is absurd. I am filing a lawsuit for intentional defamation. The funds collected will be transferred to the victims of the terrorist attack. It is immoral to draw attention to yourself and make cheap advertising on grief and blood,” Ivan Stupak commented on the information.

As a reminder, Victoria Shilova sent a message to the media that she had sent an urgent telegram to the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Igor Kalinin, with the following content: “I, a deputy of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Council, am ready to testify about the possible involvement of Vice-Governor Ivan Stupak in the terrorist explosions in Dnipropetrovs’k on April 27.”

How fraudsters and DNR militants use Ukrainian soldiers’ mothers

In war, all means are good. Especially if it is a hybrid war. More than enough has been written about the role of information technology, propaganda and media in the current war. Ukrainians have repeatedly had the opportunity to observe the full power of the neighboring state’s propaganda machine with their own eyes.

On December 23, in Donetsk, the leader of the DPR militants, Alexander Zakharchenko, met with representatives of the organization “Union of Mothers ‘Zakhyst’, who called themselves ‘soldiers’ mothers”. The meeting was covered in detail by separatist-controlled media. In particular, a large story about Zakharchenko walking with the soldiers’ mothers in the vicinity of the Donetsk airport was broadcast by the Donetsk TV channel Union.

Russian resources supporting the illegal armed groups in Donbas also reported on the meeting. In particular, the well-known Russian Spring website, which regularly publishes openly extremist anti-Ukrainian materials, wrote about the visit of the soldiers’ mothers.

In general, the situation is quite trivial. The warring parties often try to use soldiers’ mothers’ organizations as a factor of pressure on each other, reasonably seeing the mothers as unwitting allies. The sight of women crying and suffering, whose children are being sent to death by “rulers” always evokes sympathy among viewers, so the activities of all kinds of mothers’ organizations are usually always the object of close attention of the opposing side.

In the video, a woman who looks clearly younger than the recruit’s mother is repeatedly seen in the frame. This is a former deputy of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Council, Victoria Shylova.

Viktoriia Shylova is not a soldier’s mother, but a political touring actress and a participant in constant political scandals. In 2010, Shylova became a deputy of the Dnipropetrovs’k city council from the Party of Regions, but in 2012 she was expelled from the party after a conflict with the then vice-governor Ivan Stupak, whom she accused of organizing terrorist attacks in Dnipropetrovs’k.

After her visit to Donetsk and her conversation with Zakharchenko, Shilova published on her website an announcement of a press conference she is going to hold in January together with a representative of the organization “Union of Mothers ‘Zakhyst’ Nadiya Kuramshina, who also visited Donetsk.

Kuramshina, like Shilova, is well known online. The businesswoman from Antratsyt, Luhansk region, and her organization Zakhyst have also been repeatedly used by the Russian media to spread fake news and stir up panic and hysteria in Ukrainian society.

During the days of hostilities near Debaltseve, Kuramshina had been claiming since late January that Debaltseve was in a cauldron and that Ukrainian troops in the city were doomed to die.

After these publications, on February 3, clashes and provocations took place near the Presidential Administration in Kyiv, in which Kuramshyna also participated.
On October 15, together with Victoria Shilova, the businesswoman from Antratsyt participated in a roundtable discussion organized by Viktor Medvedchuk’s scandalous organization Ukrainian Choice.

The former MP reacts quite aggressively to press publications that mention the scandalous pages of Viktoriya Shylova’s biography and critically cover her current activities, and each time accuses journalists of fulfilling “the order of the oligarchs.”

It is quite possible that among the women brought to Zakharchenko in Donetsk by Kuramshina and Shilova were real mothers of captured Ukrainian soldiers who trusted the fraudsters and expect real help from them. Out of grief, they may well be ready to participate in the recording of any press conferences and video messages, as well as to voice lies that they do not understand. This is probably what the dishonest “social workers” are counting on.

In Pokrovsk, the Cossacks campaigned for the former Party of Regions member. Local residents held a “preventive conversation” with them

In the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, local residents held a “preventive conversation with Rostov Cossacks” who were campaigning for ex-regionalist Victoria Shylova.

The relevant videos were posted on local Telegram channels.

In one of the videos, a local resident asks the agitator why he is wearing a papa. In response, he states that he represents the Rostov Cossacks. This response infuriates the woman, and she starts shouting that this is Ukraine, and corrupt people have no place here.

“I live in Donbas, this is Ukraine! Why did you come here from Rostov? Go to your Rostov and develop your region. You live in poverty there, why did you come here? Go to your “Katsapstan”!” she was outraged.

After other locals joined the conflict, the agitators began to deny their connection to Rostov and the Cossacks. As a result, the citizens simply destroyed the campaign tent, and the police were called to the scene for further investigation.

Pro-Russian “SBU agent” from Dnipro banned from entering Russia

Russia has banned a well-known Ukrainian separatist from Dnipro, Victoria Shylova, from entering its territory until 2050. The politician announced this in her video blog. “Vladimir Vladimirovich, why am I banned from entering Russia, why? My relatives live in 20 cities, I can’t go to them either for my birthday or for a wedding, why? I just have this question — why?” Victoria Shilova addressed Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is noteworthy that she blames Putin’s godfather, Viktor

It is worth noting that blogger Anatoliy Shariy claims in his telegram channel that Shilova’s ban on entry to the Russian Federation is related to her work for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU): “No matter how much you pretend, you can’t hide the SBU’s ears behind pathetic speeches about ‘Slavic unity’ or chatter about the people of Donbas. Victoria is banned from entering Russia until 2050. After 2050, she can enter without any problems. Greetings to the office,” the blogger wrote.

Summary.

Victoria Shilova is a fraudster and propagandist who, together with her “fellow” propagandists, is trying to undermine national security and make money from the war by misinforming the people of Ukraine and fueling separatist sentiment.
