Nestor Shufrych is a separatist of Transcarpathian origin. During the time he was in power (more than 15 years), he managed to loot millions of dollars and illegally built a villa on the bank of the Kozinka River, in the recreational area. Also he got the reserve «Dubki», which he got in the same criminal way, and got elite cars. He bought his son a Bentley, on which the offspring ran over a man, and finally, as a kind and honest man, helped Zhirinovsky to escape from Crimea in 2014.
