Local businessman Maksym Makarenko told reporters that first his company was taken away from him, and now Oleksandr Pikulyk, his former business partner and a controversial member of the Irpin City Council, has decided to deprive him of his apartment. Criminal proceedings are being investigated into the events in this conflict and trials are ongoing.

However, representatives of the victim complain that law enforcement agencies are inactive. In their opinion, this is the result of the influence of Oleksandr Pikulyk, the founder of Promoalt LLC.
«The cooperation began in 2018 between Promoalt LLC and Irpin Center Park LLC, the founder and 100% owner of which is my client Makarenko Maksym Volodymyrovych. Promoalt LLC provided a land plot that was leased. And my client, on behalf of Irpin Center Park LLC, is building a high-rise building. In January 2023, it became known that Irpin Center Park LLC had been illegally re-registered. On the basis of a detailed power of attorney issued in Poland. We have all the relevant documents, including the notary’s explanation, which confirm our position. But Pikulik’s company went further and, through the Ministry of Justice, canceled the ownership of the victim’s apartment, and we will appeal this decision in the Irpin City Court,» Makarenko’s lawyer Natalia Ivanova said.
In their turn, representatives of Promoalt LLC deny all allegations. Meanwhile, the corporate rights of Irpin Center Park remain under arrest.

Earlier, the media reported that Pikulik had appropriated the exporter’s company.
As you know, Oleksandr Pikulyk is a member of the Irpin City Council. According to his colleagues, he is not a frequent «guest» at the meetings. A few months ago, the head of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, said she intended to revoke Pikulyk’s mandate because of the shooting with a weapon in one of Irpin’s restaurants. Pikulik has been detained by the police on several occasions. It is also known that in 2022, Pikulik crossed the border with Poland 4 times in a Mercedes Benz 63 AMG. He claimed volunteer work as the reason for his travels, but the local administration could not provide journalists with information about its purpose or results.
Earlier, Oleksandr Pikulik opposed the demolition of an advertising structure of one of his residential complexes at the entrance to Irpin and the installation of a memorial stele «Hero City» there.
He was also accused of fraud with apartments in the Central Premium residential complex in Irpin, where people could not get the keys to the purchased housing for more than a year. These were 300 families whose property had been damaged by the war.
Later, residents of Irpin demanded that Pikulik be removed from office. A petition was registered on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Anti-Corruption Action Center also called for an investigation into Pikulyk’s actions.
