A total of 105 million UAH out of the court-mandated 150 million UAH bail has been posted for the former Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko. The funds were provided by three private companies, most of which officially report zero profits, operate with a single employee, or have structural ties to prominent Lviv-based business networks.
Timber Trade and the «Lviv Connection»
The largest single contribution—54 million UAH—was transferred by «Tetras Optima» LLC, a company officially specialized in the wholesale timber trade. Owned by Tetiana Linnikova, a resident of the Kharkiv region, the company’s financial records show a net profit of just 35.6 thousand UAH for 2023. Furthermore, in 2026, the firm was named a defendant in a lawsuit regarding the collection of tax debt.
Between September 2024 and January 2025, the «Adamant» investment fund was listed among the firm’s founders.
Investigation Context:
According to the register of legal entities, the «Adamant» fund co-owns several structures jointly with companies from the «Avalon» group, which is owned by well-known Lviv businessman Hryhoriy Kozlovsky.
An additional 46 million UAH was contributed by «Giran Construct» LLC (Brovary), established in 2024 for the wholesale trade of ironmongery and heating equipment. According to financial statements, the company has only one employee and generated zero profit over the past two years. The director and beneficiary is Olena Sidun, whose phone number is tagged in user databases as «Controller LvivOblEnergo.»
The remaining 5 million UAH was provided by the Kharkiv-registered firm «Skyt Retail.» In its 2023 financial disclosures, the company reported zero income, a single employee, and a total capital of 200 thousand UAH. In June 2025, the enterprise transferred ownership to Tetiana Stepnykh and relocated its registration to the Kyiv region.
Hryhoriy Kozlovsky is a known business partner of Oleksandr Svishchov. Additionally, Kozlovsky maintains joint business projects with Tomas Fiala, the owner of the Ukrainska Pravda media outlet.
At this time, neither Herman Halushchenko’s defense team nor representatives of the contributing companies have issued an official statement regarding the origin of the funds used for the criminal case bail. The remaining balance of 45 million UAH of the total bail amount remains pending.
