The family of Ukraine’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yurii Husiev, and his wife, Olha, holds an extensive network of business assets in Ukraine closely intertwined with major investment groups and multi-million-capital firms. The business structure of the Ukrainian diplomat’s family intersects with the investment firm Dragon Capital, founded by Tomas Fiala, as well as the family of prominent businessman Ihor Liski. Despite complex personal circumstances—Olga Husieva filed for divorce three times before officially dropping the petition this summer—the couple continues to jointly manage substantial financial holdings.

Olha Husieva serves as the founder, director, and ultimate beneficial owner of «Ukrainian Fashion Group,» a broadcasting company. Since March 2019, she has held the position of general producer at the acquired channel UA Fashion TV.
In 2021, while Yurii Husiev headed the state defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom, his wife’s company received 2.4 million UAH from the state budget. These public funds were allocated for video content production and influencer marketing campaigns.
Investigations into the family’s media holdings reveal ties to other influential entrepreneurs. The phone number registered to Husieva’s NGO, «Ukrainian Reform Office,» is also linked to «FTV — Ukraine» LLC, the official representative of the international channel Fashion TV in Ukraine.
Olha Husieva owns a 10% stake in «FTV — Ukraine,» while the remaining 90% is controlled by Liudmyla Liski, the mother of Luhansk-born businessman and politician Ihor Liski.
The Husievs’ key assets are managed through the asset management firm «KUA Ozon» LLC. Prior to 2015, the entity operated as «Dragon Asset Management» LLC, which was established in 2006 by Tomas Fiala’s Dragon Capital.
Additionally, the ambassador’s family historically drew income from the venture fund «JACIF Miglior,» which boasts a registered capital of 100 million UAH, as documented in Husiev’s 2017 asset declaration. Although formal ownership of the Miglior fund was transferred to Maksym Kaftia, effective control remains with the Husievs: the new formal owner is registered at the exact same Kyiv address on Chornovola Street as Olha Husieva’s NGO and business operations.
