Alla Malomuzh, a judge at the Kyivskyi District Court of Odesa who faced disciplinary proceedings over an undeclared rental apartment in Dubai, has resigned from her position voluntarily. The decision was officially approved by the High Council of Justice.
The disciplinary case against the judge was launched following investigations by journalists. According to the investigation details, the official failed to include information about her use of luxury real estate abroad in her official asset declaration.
The property in question is a two-room apartment covering 117 square meters in the newly constructed Orion Building, located in the Al Barsha district of Dubai. According to investigative reporters, Malomuzh resided there from October 2023 to October 2024. The estimated rental cost of the apartment is approximately $1,500 per month, totaling nearly 700,000 UAH annually.
«According to information provided by the Kyivskyi District Court, Alla Malomuzh was on leave for a total of 416 days between February 28, 2022, and May 14, 2023, staying outside of Ukraine for an extended period.»
An analysis of the judge’s financial reporting revealed significant discrepancies between her declared income and actual expenses. For 2023, she declared 725,000 UAH in salary from the Odesa court alongside 47,000 UAH in child support. In 2022, her earnings reached nearly 900,000 UAH, despite having left the country in March of that year. In her financial disclosure, Malomuzh listed only 57,000 UAH in child support income.

Apartments measuring 130 and 68 square meters, along with garages.
A luxury BMW X5 vehicle that appeared in documents until 2022, after which it disappeared from declarations without any reported income from its sale.
The birth of her youngest daughter in Argentina with Vasyl Larchenko, a former operative of the criminal police.
Resigning voluntarily allows the judge to avoid potential dismissal on negative grounds and the loss of specific legal benefits. The High Council of Justice has officially closed the matter regarding her judicial authority.
