Official registry data indicates he remains a co-owner of several commercial enterprises across commercial real estate, advertising, and winemaking. This comes as the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) finalized and sent to court high-profile cases involving multi-million damages to state infrastructure budgets.
According to public corporate registries and analytical data, Holyk holds a 25% stake in LLC «Kreatyvna Krayina,» the operator behind the premium coworking network Creative States. Beyond commercial real estate, he holds a controlling 99% stake in LLC «77 Online Media,» which operates advertising operations and the digital platform BON.ua. Additionally, he retains a 27% equity stake in the winemaking enterprise LLC «Stakhovsky Wines.»
This portfolio demonstrates that the former state consultant maintains a strong footprint in the private sector, focusing on creative hub management, digital media, advertising, and agriculture.
The business disclosures follow earlier investigative reports detailing messages extracted from mobile devices seized during law enforcement searches. The records revealed communications between Holyk and Denys Ostrovsky, an entrepreneur linked to the construction firm «SK Stroyinvest.» Public procurement records show that Stroyinvest secured public contracts totaling nearly 4.5 billion UAH (approximately $110 million).
Investigative materials indicate that messages sent from Holyk’s device discussed the allocation of state subsidies, specific construction projects, and progress reporting. Following several of these recorded exchanges, Stroyinvest secured municipal funding allocations or won competitive state tenders.
«I do not recall such correspondence. I communicate with a large number of people and may offer advice or consultations,» Holyk previously stated regarding the published records.
In August 2026, NABU and SAPO officially completed their preliminary investigation and submitted an indictment to court regarding the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration road construction case. Forensic economic evaluations by law enforcement estimate state budget damages from the scheme at over 392 million UAH (approximately $9.5 million).
