Public records reveal that the enterprise generates hundreds of millions of hryvnias in turnover, actively expands, and registers new corporate entities at the same address as the former judge’s family businesses.
The ownership of the chain’s core entities, LLC «Namelaka» and LLC «Namelaka Kyiv,» is split evenly, with Maryna Husak and Yelyzaveta Hlotova each holding a 50% stake. Husak also holds business stakes in LLC «Tekhnichna Knyha» and LLC «Chapter» alongside Borys Husak, who is listed as a co-owner of a family apartment in Judge Mykola Husak’s asset declarations.
Beyond corporate shares, the entities share physical infrastructure. Namelaka’s location and Borys and Maryna Husak’s company «Tekhnichna Knyha» are registered at the same address: 51 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv.
Despite its positioning as a boutique confectionery, financial reporting indicates large-scale restaurant operations. Financial disclosures for LLC «Namelaka Kyiv» in 2025 showed:
136.3 million UAH in total revenue;
3.9 million UAH in net profit;
101 registered employees.
Growth accelerated into the first half of 2026, with the company posting 106.8 million UAH in revenue and over 5 million UAH in net profit, alongside total assets reaching 57.8 million UAH.
The business partners continue to scale their footprint. In June 2026, Maryna Husak and Yelyzaveta Hlotova registered a new entity, LLC «Dvi Hratsii,» with 1 million UAH in charter capital at the same Velyka Vasylkivska location. Its primary business activity is registered under restaurant and mobile food services.
Concurrently, the high-turnover business faces legal claims over minor operational amounts. In August 2026, supplier LLC «Sotsialnyi Produkt» filed a lawsuit against LLC «Namelaka Kyiv» over an alleged unpaid supply debt of 11,700 UAH. Proceedings in the case are ongoing.
