Yuri Atamanyuk, a former deputy head of Ukraine’s Tax Police who was ousted from public service under the country’s lustration laws following the Revolution of Dignity, has built an extensive real estate group alongside his family. Operating through a complex network of interconnected companies, the family now controls dozens of commercial and residential assets across Kiev and the surrounding region.
The core of the business centers around LLC «Transit-23,» a company fully owned by Yuri Atamanyuk. The entity generates income from leasing large commercial properties, including a prominent 1,300-square-meter venue on General Shapoval Street in Kiev, currently occupied by an ATB supermarket.
The family’s commercial footprint also relies on newly established vehicles such as LLC «Anrirent,» which holds 18 properties across the capital. Replicating patterns seen across the group’s subsidiaries, both «Transit-23» and «Anrirent» share identical executive leadership under Director Tetyana Boyarska and operate using the same corporate contact details.
The group’s development activities have not been without legal friction. LLC KVF «Kozak,» a firm linked to the network, was sued by the Kiev City Council over unpaid share contributions related to a construction project spanning over 15 hectares in the Darnytskyi district. Courts ultimately ruled against the company, ordering it to pay hundreds of thousands of hryvnias in outstanding fees.
Despite legal setbacks, the family continues to acquire high-value assets through public auctions. Anatoliy Atamanyuk, Yuri’s father, acquired the 1,609-square-meter former headquarters of Arkada Bank via LLC «Mebli Consult» for 60 million UAH. Anatoliy also controls investment vehicle JSC «ZNV KIF ZURI,» LLC «Poznyaky Group,» and LLC «River House.»

The accumulated wealth extends beyond property developments to high-end personal assets. Registration records show the family holds a premium fleet of luxury vehicles, including top-tier models such as the Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 and Toyota Land Cruiser.
The rise of the Atamanyuk family business highlights a broader trend in Ukraine’s commercial sector, where former law enforcement and tax officials leverage past influence and capital to secure major footholds in the private real estate market.
