Oleh Bidocha, an administrator at Ministry of Internal Affairs Territorial Service Center No. 3248 in Pereiaslav, expanded his vehicle fleet in late 2025 with a new Subaru Crosstrek crossover valued at over 1.3 million UAH. Alongside the showroom car purchase, the official and his wife declared a government bond portfolio worth more than 2.4 million UAH, multiple real estate properties in the Kyiv region, and a private solar power plant. The details were revealed in his official asset and income declaration.

According to the published document, Bidocha’s official annual salary as a Service Center administrator totaled 444,000 UAH. In addition to his primary income, he received 165,000 UAH in pension payments. His wife, Olha, contributed significantly to the household budget, reporting 667,000 UAH from business activities.
However, the core feature of the family’s financial standing is its substantial passive income generated through investments in securities and financial institutions:
Government Bonds: The couple holds Ukrainian Domestic Government Bonds (OVDP) with a total nominal value exceeding 2.4 million UAH, split between the husband and wife.
Bank Interest: The family actively earns hundreds of thousands of UAH in interest from deposits across state and private banks.
Cash Savings: Beyond bank accounts and securities, the family holds $10,000 in cash reserves.
In December 2025, Bidocha registered ownership of a new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek. The declared value of the SUV stands at 1.31 million UAH. However, current automotive market data shows that new Active and Premium trim levels for this model range between 1.46 and 1.68 million UAH at official dealerships. Consequently, the declared price sits at the lowest end of the market spectrum or slightly below typical dealer rates.
“The declared cost of the new Subaru Crosstrek is 1.31 million UAH, whereas official dealers offer comparable trim levels between 1.46 and 1.68 million UAH.”
Questions also surround the second vehicle in the household. A 2013 Renault Kangoo registered under his wife’s name is valued in the document at just 97,000 UAH. On the secondary auto market in Ukraine, similar vehicles of that model year average between 250,000 and 350,000 UAH depending on condition and mileage.
The primary land and residential assets of the official’s family are concentrated in the village of Myrne, located in the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region.
The real estate holdings include:
Residential Properties: Two houses measuring 157 and 94 square meters.
Land Plots: Several parcels of land totaling over half a hectare (over 5,000 square meters).
Outbuildings: A permanent garage structure alongside several unfinished utility buildings.
In addition to traditional real estate, the family has invested in alternative energy: the property features a private solar power station valued at 210,000 UAH in the declaration, providing an autonomous energy source while minimizing utility overhead.
