LLC «Work UA,» co-founded by Artur Mikhno—one of the most successful figures in the Ukrainian IT market—owns an extensive corporate fleet of over 20 premium vehicles with an estimated market value exceeding $1 million. Concurrently, the company is listed as a debtor in three enforcement proceedings regarding unpaid parking fines in Dnipro. These findings emerged from an analysis of the company’s financial disclosures and asset registries.
According to recent financial statements, 2025 was a record-breaking year for Work.ua. The company reported over 1.23 billion UAH in revenue and more than 708 million UAH in net profit, demonstrating an exceptional profit margin of over 57%.
A significant portion of revenue for the company and its co-founder stems from public sector procurement. Between 2018 and 2023, Artur Mikhno secured at least 2 million UAH from state-funded institutions. Key government clients include:
The Department of Social Policy of the Dnipro City Council (a 1 million UAH contract in December 2023);
JSC «Ukrposhta» (in June 2026, the state postal operator procured job posting and candidate database access services worth 6.7 million UAH);

Despite high financial performance, LLC «Work UA» is currently flagged in three active enforcement proceedings as a debtor. All cases involve the collection of administrative fines for traffic and parking violations issued by the Parking Control Inspection of the Dnipro City Council.
The violations involve a substantial corporate fleet registered to the company, which features high-end SUVs and premium vehicles:
Land Rover & Range Rover: Six Range Rover SUVs (ranging from a 2011 model valued at $20,000 to a flagship 2024 model worth over $190,000), alongside a 2023 Land Rover Defender (valued from $60,000).
Jaguar & German Brands: Two Jaguar F-Pace crossovers (2021/2023 models, market value from $40,000 each), a Volkswagen Multivan, and a 2024 BMW F 900GS motorcycle ($17,000).
Specialty and Utility Vehicles: A 2024 Ineos Grenadier (from $74,000), a 2018 Jeep Wrangler ($40,000), a 2024 Hyundai Staria ($54,000), two Mini models (2020 John Cooper Works and Cooper SF55), as well as several vehicles from Toyota and Volvo.
Additionally, the company assets include three 2026 URSAGROUP cargo trailers and an EZ Loader boat trailer.
In contrast to its extensive vehicle fleet, the commercial real estate portfolio of LLC «Work UA» is notably modest. The company holds title to only four properties: two located in Kyiv and two in Dnipro. Currently, the exact addresses of these properties and their corresponding land registry cadastral numbers remain restricted in official public databases.
