Oleh Haranzha, the commander of the Kremenchyuk patrol police battalion, has released his annual financial disclosure, detailing his family’s income, real estate, and assets. According to the document, the couple’s official combined income exceeded 1 million UAH, while their foreign currency cash savings grew by $10,000 over the past year.
The primary source of the family’s income is the commander’s official salary. Oleh Haranzha earned 991.45 thousand UAH from the Department of Patrol Police. Additionally, the official received 1 thousand UAH in social security benefits.
His wife, Dariia Haranzha, who is registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) providing hairdressing services, declared 37 thousand UAH from her business activities and 10.3 thousand UAH in social benefits. The family’s total declared income amounted to just over 1.039 million UAH.
Although the chief of patrol police actually lives and works in Kremenchyuk, his official registered address is in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast. The family owns two apartments in Kramatorsk:
An apartment measuring 55.7 sq. m belongs to Oleh Haranzha (acquired in 2019 for 167.1 thousand UAH).
An apartment measuring 40.8 sq. m is registered to his wife (purchased in 2021 for 156.9 thousand UAH).
In Kremenchyuk, the family resides in an apartment free of charge. The property belongs to Marharyta Vereshchaka, and the right to free residency is officially registered under the police chief’s wife.
In April 2025, the patrol chief’s family acquired a vehicle. His wife became the owner of a Toyota Auris (2013 model), valued at 315.6 thousand UAH at the time of purchase. The commander himself does not officially own any vehicles.
Over the year, the family’s cash savings increased by $10,000. In his previous 2024 declaration, the patrol chief had indicated that his wife held $20,000 in cash.
