Mykola Saichyshyn, a senior detective in the Department of Internal Security of the National Police in the Rivne region, has submitted his financial disclosure for 2025. The law enforcement officer reported the use of premium vehicles registered under family members, millions in income from his wife’s business, and several active bank loans.
This was revealed through data published in Ukraine’s Unified State Register of Declarations.
According to the official filing, the officer’s family—residing in Dubrovytsia—uses three vehicles, none of which are officially owned by the detective himself:
Audi Q7 (2019): Since March 2025, Mykola Saichyshyn has had free use of this luxury SUV, valued at 2 million UAH. The official owner of the vehicle is his wife, Iryna.
Mercedes-Benz Actros 1845 (2013): The heavy-duty commercial truck has been in his wife’s free use since 2018. The registered owner is Mykola Kotyash.
Schmitz S01 Semi-Trailer (2008): Also registered under Mykola Kotyash and utilized by the officer’s wife.
The family’s primary residence is similarly listed under a free usage agreement: a 71.6 m² apartment in Dubrovytsia officially owned by Ol’ha Kotyash.
In 2025, Mykola Saichyshyn earned 560,000 UAH in salary from the National Police of Ukraine, alongside a 1,000 UAH state aid payout under the «Winter Support» initiative. The detective holds $6,000 in cash reserves.
The primary source of household income comes from his spouse. Iryna Saichyshyn declared:
1.51 million UAH from business operations;
12,600 UAH in social benefit payments;
3,000 UAH via the «Winter Support» program.
Despite reporting multi-million income streams and operating a high-end luxury crossover, the couple maintains substantial financial liabilities.
By the end of 2025, the family carried two active loans with PrivatBank. The remaining balance on the officer’s personal loan stood at 193,000 UAH, while his wife’s loan balance totaled 272,000 UAH—a obligation for which the police officer acts as a guarantor.
