Ukrainian Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko has released his annual financial disclosure, revealing that he has been receiving pension payments since age 39, while his wife earned over 3.5 million UAH from business activities.

Ukraine’s Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, has submitted his financial and asset disclosure for the past year. According to the document, the head of the Ministry of Finance earned 1.7 million UAH from his official salary and received an additional 78,000 UAH in pension payments. Official records show he has held pensioner status since at least 2019, when he was 39 years old.
A substantial portion of the household’s income was generated by the minister’s wife. Over the reporting period, she declared 600,000 UAH in official salary alongside 3.6 million UAH derived from entrepreneurial activities. In total, the family’s combined annual income exceeded 6 million UAH.

Regarding housing, the Marchenko family currently rents a private house in the Kyiv region and an apartment in the capital, despite owning real estate properties of their own.
