Sergiy Kyslytsya, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, has reported significant changes in his financial status after purchasing a residential property in the Kyiv region valued at over 4.1 million UAH. The relevant entry has been published in the Unified State Register of Declarations.
According to official data submitted on July 10, the real estate transaction was finalized on July 3. The property is a 137.9-square-meter house located in the village of Bohdanivka, Kyiv region. While the estimated value of the house stands at 4.135 million UAH, Kyslytsya’s total expenditures related to the acquisition—including associated fees and registration costs—reached 4.23 million UAH.
This suburban home purchase is the latest addition to the official’s asset portfolio over the past year. In January, Kyslytsya also declared the purchase of a 2020 Citroen C3 passenger car worth 658,000 UAH.
According to his annual financial disclosures, the high-ranking official already holds substantial real estate assets in the capital:
A 42.5 sq. m apartment in Kyiv: Owned by the diplomat since 2006.
A spacious 106.4 sq. m apartment in Kyiv: Acquired in 2024 for an estimated 8 million UAH.
Over the past two years, the total combined value of real estate and vehicles purchased by the official has exceeded 12.8 million UAH.
In his overall declaration for 2025, Sergiy Kyslytsya reported an annual income of 2.7 million UAH, primarily comprising state salaries and official disbursements.
Kyslytsya served as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs starting in February 2025 before transitioning to his current role as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President. Reporting significant material changes within a 10-day window following any transaction is a mandatory requirement enforced by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) for high-ranking public officials.
