According to the filed data, the official’s family acquired a premium Audi e-tron Sportback electric vehicle valued at over 1.6 million UAH. Concurrently, the document reveals several inconsistencies, notably the omission of the market value for most of the real estate properties listed.
According to the 2025 financial disclosure, Vitaliy Kozlov received 1.82 million UAH in salary from his primary workplace. The official income of his wife, Viktoriia Kozlova, consisted solely of an insurance payout amounting to 66,000 UAH. Additionally, the family holds $12,000 in cash.
Despite these income figures, in April 2024, the prosecutor’s wife became the registered owner of a 2022 Audi e-tron Sportback. The vehicle’s value is stated as 1.64 million UAH in the document. The official himself holds the legal right to use this vehicle.
The prosecutor’s asset declaration lists four apartments, yet the actual market value for most of them is omitted or not specified:
An 85.2 m² apartment in Rivne (acquired in 2020) — used by the family, with Mykola Romanat listed as the owner (value not specified).
A 59.2 m² service apartment in Rivne (acquired in 2022) — provided by the Rivne City Council for family use.
A 53.6 m² apartment in Luhansk (acquired in 1995) — joint partial ownership (value not specified).
A 47.4 m² apartment in Luhansk (acquired in 2004) — joint ownership with a foreign citizen, Iryna Trukhina (value not specified).
Registered alongside the prosecutor in these residential properties are his wife and their two daughters, Veronika and Sofiia.
An analysis of the prosecution management member’s financial disclosure indicates the presence of common discrepancies that frequently draw the attention of regulatory oversight bodies.
Key omissions in the document: The absence of market value data for three out of the four declared real estate properties, as well as a lack of clear information regarding the origin of funds used to purchase the high-end Audi e-tron Sportback electric vehicle.
