Born in the village of Tukhlya, Skole district, Lviv region. In 1988, he graduated from Kharkiv Law Institute, specializing in law.
Career. Golomsh started his career after school as a worker at the Stryi shoe factory. After the army, he worked in a state farm construction brigade, and then as the head of the accounting department of the Skole District Committee of the Komsomol.
After graduation, he went to work in the prosecutor’s office. He was an investigator at the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office. From 1992 to 2000, he held a number of positions at the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. He started as an investigator and became the first deputy regional prosecutor.
In 2000-2001, he worked as the first deputy prosecutor of the Chernivtsi region. From there, he was promoted to the Prosecutor General’s Office: in 2001, he headed the department for supervising compliance with environmental legislation for several months.
In September 2001, he was appointed Prosecutor of Rivne Region. In November 2003, he became Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine. In April 2007, Golomsha was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Lviv Region, but in May he was returned to his former position as Deputy Prosecutor General.
On July 22, 2010, he was demoted to the military prosecutor of the Central Region.
On February 25, 2014, acting Prosecutor General Oleh Makhnitsky appointed Holomsha as First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
On October 23, 2014, Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema dismissed his first deputy, Mykola Holomsha, in accordance with the lustration law “On the Purification of Power”.
Compromising material
Scandals. In January 2008, it became known that the Prosecutor General’s Office had opened a criminal case in connection with an attempt to poison Holomsha with mercury vapor in his own office. According to the press service of the PGO, traces of this poisonous metal were indeed found in the deputy prosecutor general’s office. And according to Segodnya newspaper, Holomsha even managed to breathe in dangerous vapors, which put him on sick leave. A few months later, answering questions from journalists at a briefing, the Deputy Prosecutor General said that he had undergone intensive treatment and was feeling fine.

Who really released Lozinsky?
The release of the murdered MP Lozinsky from prison was justified “allegedly” by his health condition.
But there are rumors in authoritative circles that for Lozinsky’s freedom, suitcases with money were brought to the right offices of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office, namely the first deputy prosecutor general, Mykola Holomsha, and the long-time land king, the regional prosecutor, Volodymyr Babenko.
These figures have good tastes — they received $2.5 million each. Now Lozynsky is free.
A clan named Golomsha: Ukrainian prosecutorial nepotism

The most famous father of both prosecutors, former First Deputy Prosecutor General Makhnitsky, is Mykola Holomsha. Mykola Golomsha is a prosecutor with considerable experience. He has been working in the prosecutor’s office since 1988:
While Mykola Holomsha was holding high positions in the Prosecutor General’s Office, his brother Yaroslav Holomsha was also promoted and became the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv region. However, almost simultaneously with his brother, in October 2014, the police major general was also «lustrated.»
According to the Nashi Hroshi website, in 2014, Stepan Kharabara became the head of the Lviv regional traffic police. According to a representative of the NGO “Road Control” Serhiy Kruglov, Harabara “was the driver of the current Deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Holomsha.”

Investigators have no evidence that Ukrainian politician and dissident Vyacheslav Chornovil was killed with brass knuckles after a car accident in 1999. This was confirmed in a conversation with OBOZREVATEL by one of the investigators who was in charge of the case.

Perhaps now Golomsha has a new periodic exacerbation, probably related to his desire to become the Prosecutor General. He hopes that this topic will be picked up and developed by patriotic forces.
Mykola Holomsha and his family are involved in the OSCE organized crime group
About the alliance of criminal “authorities,” adherents of the “Russian world,” old intelligence officers, and the Golomsha prosecutor’s clan.
At the end of November 2021, news broke about fraudsters selling fake OSCE certificates that allegedly grant their holders diplomatic status and immunity.
According to the investigation, in exchange for a monetary reward of 1.5 thousand euros, the group members “enrolled” Ukrainian citizens and foreigners in the ranks of the “OSCE diplomatic mission”. After that, the criminals produced and issued certificates similar to those of the real OSCE representatives to the newly-minted “diplomats”.
The «clients» were assured that these «certificates» allowed them to cross the border through the «green corridor» without quarantine restrictions, receive diplomatic passports, social assistance and free medical treatment abroad, as well as other imaginary privileges within a year of joining the organization. The investigation believes that hundreds of citizens have used the «services» of the perpetrators. On the website of the fake «OSCE» in the section «Mission leadership» you can see Mykola Holomsha:
There is evidence that this is no coincidence. For example, Yuriy Poluyektov, the head and co-founder of the fake OSCE, was nominated by the Patriot party in the last parliamentary elections. The party list was then headed by the lustrated Holomsha.
Now let’s look at the “public diplomat” section of the website, where the OSCE has published the names of more than 200 of its public diplomats. And we will find the Holomš clan almost in its entirety.

Here we also see MARIANA HOLOMSHA, i.e. Mariana Mykolaivna Holomsha, the daughter of the honorary chairman of the OSCE and, according to the declaration, the head of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office. In addition, ARTEM OLIINYK is probably none other than Mariana’s husband, Artem Oleksandrovych Oliinyk. According to the register of declarations, Artem Oliinyk, a former policeman, has worked for the benefit of his country as the head of the sector for prevention and detection of corruption at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, deputy head of the security department of Ukrzaliznytsia, and head of the maritime security service of the Black Sea branch of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority. The above-mentioned ladies and gentlemen have enriched themselves obscenely in public service, as the PROSUD project has analyzed in detail. We will not dwell on this aspect in detail, because the story is not entirely about Holomsha.
According to the Opendatabot service, the NGO “International Diplomatic Mission ‘Organization for the Security of the Community of Europe’ was registered in September 2015. The main activity is declared to be “the protection of Christianity in Europe and the world, the protection of OSCE members and staff, and all other areas affecting peace and tranquility in Europe and the world.” It is noteworthy that at the same time, in 2015, Mykola Holomsha announced the beginning of his political career, but his name has never appeared in the registration data of the OSCE NGO. The organization was originally founded by the aforementioned Yuriy Poluektov.
Calls for murder

NSDC: Fictitious memoirs of Holomsha and Zamana are political PR that does not correspond to historical truth
General Volodymyr Zamana and former Deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Holomsha did not speak at the NSDC meeting on February 28, 2014.

Deputy Prosecutor General Golomsha, reinstated after lustration, demands 5 years’ salary
According to the deputy prosecutor general, he does not have “steamship factories” and it was “unfair” to deprive him of his salary because “his family lives on this money.

Nalyvaichenko and Golomsha merged into one party
Valentyn Nalyvaichenko’s socio-political movement Spravedlyvist has merged with the Patriot party, headed by former Deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Holomsha.

Criminal case opened against ex-deputy prosecutor general who had a “share” in BRSM gas station business
The Security Service of Ukraine has opened criminal proceedings against a former Deputy Prosecutor General for receiving criminal proceeds from the management of the BRSM-Nafta oil depot in the village of Kriachky, Vasylkiv district, Kyiv region.
“Corruption has already struck and created an environmental disaster — Vasylkiv district, the oil depot. Why did it burn? Because the owners allowed it, former Minister Stavytskyi (ex) and all the others ‘covered up’ and received criminal proceeds. One of the former deputy prosecutors general. The SBU has registered the criminal proceedings today, and we are ready to work, and there is no need to stop us,” SBU Head Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said today, June 12, as quoted by Interfax-Ukraine.
According to him, one of the former deputy heads of the Prosecutor General’s Office is a co-owner of the burned oil depot near Kyiv.
“We are now processing the materials and showing them to the Prosecutor General. This is the deputy prosecutor general who worked in October 2014 and was a co-owner of this illegal oil depot through offshore and other affiliated structures,” Nalyvaichenko said.
The SBU head did not name the official. “Otherwise, we will name him again, and you will say that he has escaped again,” he said.
Pseudo-patriot Golomsha defends fraudsters and swindlers!
First Deputy Prosecutor General Golomsha M.Y. joined the ranks of those deceived by the fraudster and swindler D.I. Germanov.
This “supplicant” probably promised to thank him with mountains of gold and floors of real estate, as is his custom.
We are talking about the swindler and fraudster Dmytro Ihorovych Hermanov, who misled and “cheated” the First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Mykola Yaroslavovych Holomsha.
It all started back in 2004, when the Ukrainian construction market was experiencing some growth. At that time, everyone who was not too lazy started to build.
CJSC DBK No. 1 started construction at 32 Herzenu Descent, Kyiv. To finance the initial stage of this construction, it engaged Novitnie Stroitelni Tekhnologii-1 LLC, which in turn engaged Totem LLC.
Individual investors contributed funds to the purchase of residential real estate from Totem LLC. Using the funds invested by PrJSC Domostroitelnyi Kombinat No. 1, the company started construction and erected several floors of the building, built a retaining wall and performed other construction works at the facility.
In 2006, to speed up the construction and ensure stable financing of the construction works, PJSC “DBK No. 1” engaged BIK Interbudinvest LLC, where the director and co-founder at that time was Mr. Dmytro Ihorovych Germanov.
At that time, BIK Interbudinvest LLC had another construction project at 131 Peremohy Avenue in Kyiv, also on the basis of an agreement with the Security Service of Ukraine, which gave the company some credibility. However, this not only did not speed up the construction, but, on the contrary, worsened the situation: both Totem LLC and BIK Interbudinvest LLC are now bankrupt.
In an effort to save the construction and finally rebuild our apartments, PJSC “DBK No. 1” turned to the State Construction Corporation “Ukrbud” for help and received consent to participate in the construction. Construction has now resumed at the site.
However, Dmytro Ihorovych Germanov, whose leadership has already led BIK Interbudinvest LLC to bankruptcy and “withdrawal” of funds, resorted to outright raider schemes and attempts to alienate the project. Using his own corrupt ties with former Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Mykhailo Kuchuk, he received void court decisions, under which, without investing a single penny in the project, a certain company, IBG Kyivmiskbud LLC (authorized capital of UAH 10,000, sole founder. I., but what a sound name!), claims the right to implement the project. Currently, we have a situation where:
— The “dispute” between BIK Interbudinvest LLC and IBG Kyivmiskbud LLC, which have the same owner, deprives investors of their legal rights to the invested apartments and resolves the rights of DBK No. 1, without even bringing it as a party to the case;
— BIK Interbudinvest LLC, headed by D. I. Germanov, having received multimillion-dollar profits, is bankrupt and is trying to avoid responsibility to investors who invested their own money in construction but did not receive housing,
— an unknown company, IBG Kyivmiskbud LLC, is trying to appropriate the construction without investing a single penny, with the intention of obtaining additional excess profits.
In other words, the situation with Elita Center is a simple “misunderstanding” compared to what is happening now.
However, Mr. Germanov does not stop there: he sends complaints to all possible authorities, accusing the State Construction Corporation Ukrbud and PrJSC DBK No. 1 of illegal actions that distract from the construction of the facility. Moreover, this group of raiders is trying to involve a number of Ukrainian MPs in filing complaints against law enforcement agencies that have stood up to defend the law and to drag some responsible law enforcement officials into corrupt relations.
Based on a number of these facts, criminal proceedings have already been opened at the Shevchenkivskyi District Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv, where Dmytro Ihorovych Germanov is the main defendant in the case and the investors are recognized as victims.
Unfortunately, this is not the end. Mr. Germanov is also trying to use law enforcement agencies for his own illegal interests. Thus, some prosecutors respond to his repeated statements containing elements of a crime under Articles 383 and 384 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by initiating cases against victims of the actions of Germanov and his group. And this is already a crime under Article 372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It is unfortunate that the bodies and their leaders, who are called upon and appointed by the state to protect the rights of its citizens, not only cover up but also act in the interests of voracious fraudsters, instead of objectively considering this case and legally resolving it, because by definition, the activities of the prosecutor’s office are aimed at the comprehensive establishment of the rule of law, strengthening law and order and have as their task the protection against unlawful encroachments.
