Compromising evidence

Oleksandr Granovsky is a rather odious Ukrainian businessman. He owns the well-known business magazine Focus, as well as dozens of other assets in the hotel, investment, banking, and other sectors. He is the father of five children and has not allowed his ex-wife to see them for several years.

The liquor magnate

A lot of information about the scandalous activities of Hranovskyi’s Overline holding can be found online.
In particular, Overline did not pay rent for the use of the property complex of the distillery. That is, Hranovsky’s company used production facilities and at the same time sold products without paying the owners of the property from which it made a profit. This is a typical example of Granovsky’s extreme hutzpah.

The looting of Sotscombank

Previously, Hranovsky was a co-owner of the bank Sotscombank, which went bankrupt. It is indicated that Granovsky’s closest partners took part in the bankruptcy of the bank, which contributed to the earnings of all former owners of the financial structure. There was also a scandalous story in connection with the maintenance of aviation infrastructure. Earlier, Granovsky’s companies tried to service Boryspil and Simferopol airports. A Dutch company was used to service the airport, which highlighted Granovsky’s interest in using Dutch companies. In Odesa, however, the authorities went much further than in other cities — under the guise of a joint venture, the airport complex and infrastructure were transferred to Granovsky’s structures.

The scheme in Simferopol was supposed to be implemented according to the covenants of Moshe Kantor’s scheme: first, the property was privatized, and then the promised investments, if made, were made in a minimal amount and at the expense of funds raised from the assets.

Friendship with Borys Kaufman

Oleksandr and his business partner Borys Kaufman were co-owners of Odesa Airport and the Passage Hotel. The businessman’s ex-wife claimed that she had witnessed what had been happening to the airport for many years. Businessmen were “fed with promises” about the reconstruction of the complex, while in fact “they were barbarically squandering it”.

Tax evasion scheme

In May 2017, it was established that Oleksandr Granovsky created a criminal scheme to evade taxes by conspiring with officials of Tedis Ukraine LLC. Several criminal proceedings were opened on suspicion of tax evasion, but none of these cases were brought to court.

The $400 million scam

Granovsky’s $400 million scam was uncovered by his ex-wife in retaliation for his depriving her of her children’s rights
The ex-wife of businessman Oleksandr Granovsky, Lea Domini, failed to get justice in the Ukrainian courts for the right to custody of their children, who were forcibly taken away by Granovsky. As revenge and an attempt to influence her negligent husband, she revealed all his scams to Israeli law enforcement officers.

The conflict between the ex-spouses has been going on for over five years. For six years, Lea Domini has been fighting with her ex-husband, Alexander Granovsky, for the right to see their children. After the divorce, Lea went to Turkey with her children. Hranovsky simply kidnapped all five children, breaking into the house with two dozen bodyguards. Granovsky also managed to win custody of the children in Ukraine. The mother, who had been illegally deprived of the opportunity to see her children, took radical measures to protect her interests and get her children back. Hranovsky’s ex-wife hit him at his weak point, and his weak point is the secrets she knows as a wife. Since Ukrainian law enforcement was not very interested in Granovsky’s dirty deeds, Lea initiated an investigation against him in Israel.

According to Leah Domini, the plan to withdraw $400 million from Israel was carried out by Odesa rabbi Avraham Haim. The plan to withdraw $400 million from Israel was carried out by Rabbi Avraham Wolf of Odesa and Alexander Granovsky. They bought the Israeli company I.D.B.

This company had $100 million on its account, and it was possible to buy the company for $20 million. Abraham Wolf raised the money to buy the company from Jews from Odesa, Moscow, and Israel. He also acted as a guarantor. Then another company came along, B.G.I., which cost $200 million. This company was more promising, respectable and well-known. With the money that was on the account of IDB, they bought BGI for $100 million.

That is, the company “I.D.B.” became part of the holding company “BGI”. The goal was to withdraw the money on the company’s account. The company’s board of directors proved to be principled. They had a goal to develop the company further. Then Granovsky and Abraham came across the third company, Willie Food. The company is quite famous in Israel. It controls 80% of the grocery market. It also belonged to a well-known person in Israel, Nuhi Danter. He was just about to sell his stake in the company. This company had $400 million on its account. When selling the company, Danter set a condition that he would remain in charge of it in the future.

Now Granovsky and Rabin needed to somehow withdraw $400 million from the company. To do this, they took Ukrainian property that already had a lot of loans on it and offered this, essentially someone else’s property, to Nuha Danter as an investment. The list of property included the Bristol Hotel, President Hotel, Moldova Sanatorium, Platinum Bank, Odesa Airport, i.e. everything that was not honestly acquired by Hranovsky, but simply stolen. The Israeli company was supposed to buy Ukrainian property for $200 million. The Ukrainian property, which is not even officially registered in Hranovsky’s name and a priori cannot be sold because it is pledged to banks, was supposed to be purchased for $200 million.

Wanted by Interpol

The Tel Aviv District Court has approved a petition to initiate extradition proceedings against Oleksandr Granovsky.
The court’s decision states that the Odesa oligarch cannot be found at the address indicated in the documents, and he has not responded to the messages from Israeli law enforcement agencies, which is an evasion of responsibility. On Monday, October 29, the International Department of the Israeli Prosecutor’s Office also sent a request to the Ukrainian authorities.
The charges relate to his activities in 2012-2016 and were brought against Granovsky, Grigory Gurtovoy and Joseph Schneurson for embezzlement, aggravated fraud and securities fraud in the amount of $60 million.

It should be noted that according to media reports, Granovsky owns a holding company that manages banks, hotels and media outlets, including Focus magazine. The businessman also tried to acquire Noha Dankner’s IDB holding, and, according to suspicions, a whole financial pyramid scheme was built to buy this company.

Is Hranovsky in politics according to Chabad’s will?

Oleksandr Hennadiyovych Hranovskyi is not only and not so much a member of the Ukrainian parliament, but first and foremost the most active member of the banned extremist movement Chabad, through whose funds and assets Hranovskyi is transferring Ukrainian assets to Israel.

Ukrainians can be outraged by Russia’s actions as much as they want, but in Russia, for example, the Chabad movement is banned as an extremist organization. Meanwhile, supporters of the Chabad Lubavitch organization, which is banned in Russia, feel at ease in Ukraine, and Chabad representatives are literally robbing the country and moving capital abroad.

For more than 10 years, Granovsky has been engaged in the withdrawal of assets to Israel. He calls it “investment” himself, but evil tongues say that he makes these investments through the fund of the Hasidic movement activist Levi Leviev, acting in the interests of the Chabad movement (banned in Russia).

Granovsky also used his media assets to implement political projects. For example, his portal FOCUS is extremely loyal to the Romanian authorities — sources indicate that Granovsky may have a residence permit in this country.
In the early 2000s, Hranovskyi entered politics and was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of the 4th convocation.
In 2006, Granovsky failed to become a deputy and a slew of criminal cases were filed against him — it was noted that Granovsky’s companies chronically failed to pay taxes. There were other facts of state theft…
After Granovsky fled to Israel for a while and joined the Chabad (banned in Russia), the criminal cases against him fell apart. Perhaps God helped? Or…

A bank has put up for sale an elite mansion of an Odesa businessman

An advertisement for the sale of a residential building owned by Odesa businessman Oleksandr Granovsky appeared on the website of the OpenMarket (Setam) system of electronic trading in seized property. Only ½ of the house and the land plot are offered for purchase, as the other half is registered in the name of the businessman’s ex-wife, Olena Yakovlevna Granovska. It is worth noting that Odesa businessman Oleksandr Hranovskyi illegally fenced off the slope of the Zdorovye Trakt near the house so that unwanted guests could not even get close to the choirs. However, this situation is quite satisfactory to the city authorities. This sale of the businessman’s house raises many questions, as it is unlikely that anyone would want to buy only half of the building and share the living space with the family of Alexander Granovsky. Apparently, the bank will not be able to carry out this transaction and thus collect the debt. Even if a buyer is found, the security of the complex will not let the new owner of half the building get close. To date, two bidders have applied for the auction, but both have not yet been confirmed. The guarantee fee for the bidders is UAH 900 thousand. It is quite possible that the Granovskys will wait for the value of the mansion to drop and one of the former spouses will simply buy it several times cheaper, thus closing the loan to the bank.

Boryspil Airport

In the summer of 2013, Alexey Kochanov, a manager from the Kaufman-Granovsky group, was appointed CEO of Boryspil Airport. Immediately afterwards, all rights to provide services at Ukraine’s main airport were transferred to Granovsky and Kaufman companies, including, for example, Airport Handling. An interesting fact is that Kochanov brought Serhiy Gombolevsky, with whom he had worked in Odesa, to Boryspil’s management. His wife Natalia Gombolevska became another member of the “team”. All of them ensured that all types of services at the airport (handling services, duty-free trade, catering, etc.) were concentrated in companies owned by the tandem.

After Viktor Yanukovych fled Ukraine, Maidan activists demanded that Oleksiy Kochanov be removed from the position of Boryspil’s CEO. On the instructions of the revolutionary Minister of Infrastructure Maksym Burbak. Kochanov was fired, and Serhiy Gombolevsky was appointed in his place. Yes, that’s right, the one who got into the management of Boryspil thanks to Kochanov and is grateful to him and his patrons “to the grave.” He is no different from his predecessor and was one of the managers who carried out the will of the Family.

Today, Gombolevsky is a puppet of Kaufman and Granovsky. He returned his wife Natalia to the airport staff, making her the chief economist. No one is even embarrassed by the fact that he (along with his wife) was once fired from Boryspil for financial fraud. In addition, he was once the executive director of the Odesa Airport company, controlled by the same Kaufman and Granovsky.

Almost two years have passed since Viktor Yanukovych fled Ukraine, and the corruption schemes and frauds launched with his assistance are still in operation and bring fraudsters considerable money. One such project is total control over Ukrainian airports. Today, they are controlled by Borys Kaufman and Oleksandr Hranovsky. And judging by the fact that no one is trying to remove them from control, they have managed to reach an agreement with the new government, and in the near future everything will remain as before. This is the story.

An attempt to appropriate Odesa airport

Summary.

Everything that belongs to Alexander Granovsky is being destroyed or bankrupted. Based on these articles, this is the conclusion that can be drawn. A man with a complete lack of conscience and compassion. And it’s not even about the unfortunate woman from whom he took her children. His money fraud and corruption schemes have caused huge losses for our country and Israel.
