Let’s talk a little about taxes, cash registers, and the unchanging market players who have always been «on the ball» about what the state requires from whom.
But traditionally, the strictness of laws and tax requirements in Ukraine is compensated by the fact that they are not mandatory.
This is especially true for some major players, the list of which has not changed for many years.
I went to my favorite Citrus yesterday and bought a webcam from them.
But my hopes of receiving a fiscal check remained my hopes.
Instead, they just gave me a piece of paper, even without indicating the individual entrepreneur, as it was before.
And the QR code does not lead to the register of fiscal checks, but to the Citrus website.
Isn’t it nice?
During the war, Citrus has not only failed to improve, but has even abandoned individual entrepreneurs, and simply collects cash without paying any taxes.
I ask the tax authorities to consider this a public statement and check this network.
Preferably together with the SBU and the DBR, as it was with the Lviv restaurant chain.
Everyone should be treated equally, right?
Well, I will check in a couple of weeks with a control purchase.
P.S. And since we’ve already touched on the electronics market, I’ll tell you how Polischuk’s Eldorado «threw» the market for UAH 2 billion during the war. It’s a very interesting story.
