Ukrainian Member of Parliament Andriy Motovylovets has published an amended annual financial declaration for the year 2025. According to the official document, the lawmaker rented a spacious apartment in the capital, generated over 6.2 million UAH in income from government bonds (OVDP), and continues to use a luxury Audi Q7 SUV owned by a third party.

In July 2025, the MP secured a lease agreement for a 183.5-square-meter apartment in Kyiv. The market value of the property is not specified in the declaration, and its official owner is listed as a corporate entity, LLC «HIGHBUILD-IN.»
The financial disclosure also features a 2022 Audi Q7, valued at 3.3 million UAH at the time of acquisition. While Andriy Motovylovets is listed as the sole user of the vehicle, the legal ownership belongs to another individual, Denys Potapov. Additionally, the MP declared a luxury Swiss Omega watch, which he acquired back in 2015.
Investments in securities served as the primary driver of the politician’s wealth accumulation in 2025. In total, financial transactions involving domestic government bonds generated over 6.2 million UAH for the lawmaker.
Breakdown of Motovylovets’ 2025 OVDP Income:
Income from the disposal (redemption) of securities — 5.64 million UAH;
Interest from bond redemptions — 581,000 UAH;
Direct bond redemption proceeds — 20,000 UAH.
By comparison, the MP’s official salary paid by the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine totaled 808,000 UAH for the entire year.
Beyond his investment yields, the Member of Parliament disclosed financial contributions to the «Dynasty» non-state pension fund amounting to 746,000 UAH, alongside 59,000 UAH invested in LLC «Investment Capital Ukraine.» In terms of liquid assets, Motovylovets holds 20,000 USD in cash.
The MP’s asset declaration also includes his children, son Artur and daughter Marat, residing in Brovary. According to the document, his son holds 4,000 USD in cash savings.
