Serhiy Terletskyi, an administrator at the Territorial Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 0741 in the village of Strumivka, has declared the purchase of a Land Rover Range Rover Sport valued at over one million hryvnias. This was revealed in his annual financial disclosure for 2025. Notably, the official’s official salary for the period amounted to less than half the cost of the newly acquired vehicle.

According to official data, Serhiy Terletskyi received 468,000 hryvnias in wages from the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Concurrently, he reported an income of 1.03 million hryvnias from the alienation of movable property. This sum matches the purchase price of the acquired Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2015 model year), which may indicate the sale of a previous vehicle.
Additionally, the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center official listed cash savings amounting to 420,000 hryvnias in his financial statement. No family members were registered in Terletskyi’s declaration.
As of the end of 2025, the civil servant owns three passenger cars:
Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2015) — valued at 1.03 million UAH;
Volvo V50 (2010) — valued at 250,000 UAH;
Audi A7 (2012) — listed with a declared value of just 5,000 UAH.
Market Context: The average market price for a used 2012 Audi A7 on the Ukrainian automotive market typically ranges between 480,000 and 580,000 hryvnias. Consequently, the asset value declared by the official is significantly understated compared to current market benchmarks.
Regarding real estate, Serhiy Terletskyi co-owns an apartment in Lutsk with a total area of 67.2 square meters. The property is held under joint ownership with his parents and brother, with the ownership rights dating back to 2008.
(Note: The village of Strumivka, where Service Center No. 0741 is located, is geographically situated in the Volyn Oblast near Lutsk, corrected from the initial regional reference).
