Attorney Valentyna Malynovska has submitted her candidate declaration for the position of Director of the Legal Department at the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU). According to financial data filed for 2025, the candidate seeking to lead the department responsible for state asset recovery litigation holds high-value foreign real estate, corporate rights, and notable savings.
The family’s most substantial holding is four land plots in Moldova totaling 44 ares, jointly registered by the couple in March 2019. At the time of acquisition, their combined value was estimated at nearly 10 million UAH. In Ukraine, her husband, Kostiantyn Stepura, owns a 22.5-are land plot in the village of Bziv, Kyiv Oblast, valued at 110,000 UAH since 2014.
Their residential real estate in the capital includes a 93.2 sq. m Kyiv apartment in which Malynovska holds a one-third share (the property was valued at 355,000 UAH in 2012). Her husband owns a 50% stake in another Kyiv apartment; however, the declaration omits details regarding its area and market value.
In 2025, Malynovska reported a total income of approximately 590,000 UAH sourced from state enterprise Ukrvuhillia, Master:Stream, AIX Digital, and her own legal practice. She remains the sole owner of the «Malynovska Law Bureau» and holds a 51% majority stake in ASD Company LLC.

Her husband serves in two roles: the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (earning 181,000 UAH) and Temp-3000 LLC, a primary domestic defense contractor producing body armor and helmets (earning 141,000 UAH). He also holds a 50% stake in Yuh Development LLC, though required details on management transfer remain unstated.
The couple holds $15,000 in a shared cash safe. Individually, Stepura maintains 350,000 UAH in cash, while Malynovska holds over 440,000 UAH across multiple commercial bank accounts. The candidate drives a 2014 Toyota Prius acquired in late 2023 for 350,000 UAH.
