A secretary at the Irshava District Court in the Zakarpattia Oblast, Diana Kyniv, alongside her husband Oleksandr, has raised eyebrows after filing her 2025 financial disclosure. Despite a modest combined annual salary of under 500,000 UAH from the judicial system, the couple’s asset declaration features a premium Mercedes-Benz, various crypto assets, and multiple real estate holdings. The official report was published in the Unified State Register.
According to the official filing, the couple resides in Uzhhorod, where they own two separate apartments. Diana Kyniv has owned a 34.7 m² flat since 2021. Her husband, who is also employed by the Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration (SJA) in the Zakarpattia Oblast, owns a 63.8 m² apartment purchased in 2018 for 288,000 UAH.
In addition to their urban property, the family secured rent-free living rights in December 2024 for a spacious 157.2 m² house located in the village of Siltse, Berehove Raion. The property is officially registered under the name of Viktor Vasyliovych Kyniv.
The couple’s garage presents a stark contrast in value and class, listing two distinct vehicles:
A VAZ 21099-20 (2007 model) owned by the court secretary, valued at 70,000 UAH.
A Mercedes-Benz GLE 350D (2019 model) registered to her husband, with a declared value exceeding 1.09 million UAH.
Beyond real estate and luxury vehicles, Oleksandr Kyniv has expanded into digital and financial investments. In November 2025, he acquired 30 investment certificates from the «Inzhur REIT» mutual investment fund.
Furthermore, his Binance cryptocurrency exchange account holds several crypto assets, including:
Bitcoin — 0.00194432 BTC (approx. 7,000 UAH);
Ethereum — 0.24507307 ETH (approx. 34,500 UAH);
Minor balances in BTTC and USDT.
Context: As public servants within the Ukrainian judicial system, court secretaries are legally required to submit comprehensive financial disclosures to ensure transparency and prevent corruption.
The couple’s primary source of income remains their modest salaries from the Zakarpattia branch of the SJA. For the year 2025, Diana Kyniv reported a salary of 211,000 UAH. Her husband earned slightly more, bringing in 270,000 UAH from the same institution.
The rest of their declared income consisted of dividends, minor fringe benefits, and a 1,000 UAH per person payout from the government’s «Winter Support» welfare program. Representatives of the Irshava District Court have not yet issued any official comments regarding the filing.
