Oleksandr Panasiuk, Deputy Director of the Technical Regulation Department at Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, has declared luxury real estate in Irpin, land plots in the Carpathians, and high-end vehicles—most of which passed into the ownership of his wife, Anna, during 2023–2024.

This is according to data from the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Government Functions.

According to the official declaration for 2025, the official’s family, based in Irpin, Kyiv Oblast, significantly expanded their property holdings. Specifically, in 2024, the official’s wife, Anna Panasiuk, became the owner of a residential house in Irpin measuring 218.8 sq. m, with a declared value of 1.2 million UAH. A year earlier, in December 2023, she acquired a 1,000 sq. m land plot in the same city for 2.88 million UAH.

Additionally, in 2023, Anna Panasiuk registered ownership of two land plots in the resort area of Zakarpattia Oblast (Brustury village, Tiachiv Raion) with a total area of 2,500 sq. m for a combined price of 17,000 UAH.

Oleksandr Panasiuk himself has owned an 88.9 sq. m apartment in Irpin since 2018, as well as four large land plots in Kharkiv Oblast totaling over 21 hectares, acquired between 2018 and 2019.

In July 2023, Oleksandr Panasiuk purchased an Infiniti QX80 (2020 model year) for 547.5 thousand UAH. However, the market value of similar SUVs from that model year on the Ukrainian automotive market at the time ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 million UAH.

In July 2024, his wife became the owner of a new BYD Song PLUS (2024 model year) crossover, declaring its value at 1 million UAH, which aligns with the prevailing market prices for this vehicle.

For 2025, Oleksandr Panasiuk received 1 million UAH in salary from the Ministry of Economy, 8.7 thousand UAH via the «National Cashback» state program, and 42.5 thousand UAH from property disposal.

His wife’s official income comprised:
18,000 UAH in social welfare payments;
58,200 UAH in dividends from Ukrainian Agricultural Consulting Center LLC.

Anna Panasiuk holds a 75% stake in Ukrainian Agricultural Consulting Center LLC (with a stated share value of 1,500 UAH) and is registered as its ultimate beneficial owner.

The family’s savings are held predominantly in cash: Oleksandr Panasiuk declared $20,000 USD, while his wife declared $21,000 USD.
