Ukrainian Member of Parliament Vadym Stolar has disclosed tens of millions of hryvnias in assets, luxury vehicles, real estate in the Kyiv region and Monaco, alongside substantial cash holdings. The details were made public through the official State Register of Declarations.
According to the filing, the lawmaker’s primary source of income stemmed from investment fund dividends, while a significant portion of his family’s property and foreign real estate is held under lease and use agreements.
The MP is officially registered and resides in the village of Kozyn, Kyiv Region, with his partner Valeriia Boiko and four children. In Kozyn, Vadym Stolar directly owns a 260.8-square-meter house valued at 12 million UAH and an adjacent plot of land.
However, the family leases the larger portion of their Kozyn residential compound—which includes a mansion exceeding 2,000 square meters—from owner Inna Maistruk. Through Maistruk, the MP’s children also lease an apartment in Monaco at 8-28 Avenue Hector Otto, owned by a foreign entity. Additionally, Stolar leases over 1,100 square meters of commercial space in Kyiv.
Vadym Stolar’s largest source of earnings was 37.27 million UAH in dividends from the Genesis investment fund. He also declared income from property sales, interest, and trademark royalties for media brands including Kyiv Live, Odesa Live, and News.Live.
The lawmaker holds 80 million UAH in cash (approximately $2 million USD). Substantial funds are deposited across Ukrainian and international accounts in the UAE and Dominica. Furthermore, Stolar reported multi-million loans extended to third parties and offshore entities in Hong Kong and the UAE, alongside a $1.24 million investment in a US law firm.
His partner, Valeriia Boiko, declared salary from foreign companies, interest from Liechtenstein bank accounts, and Kyiv real estate under her name.
Most luxury vehicles used by Stolar are registered under third parties or corporate entities. The family’s fleet features:
Mercedes-Benz Maybach S650 (2018) and Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 (2024);
Multiple Toyota Land Cruiser models and a Lexus LM350H;
A 2025 Mercedes-Benz G 580 valued at 8.85 million UAH, owned directly by Boiko.
The declaration lists recurring major expenditures, including monthly real estate and vehicle lease payments, security services exceeding 500,000 UAH per period, and over 5 million UAH spent on children’s education. It also notes 3.75 million UAH spent on medical supplies, a portion of which was donated to charity.
Stolar remains the ultimate beneficial owner of several commercial entities and founder of his namesake charitable foundation.
