Alina Levchenko, wife of Ukrainian Member of Parliament Bohdan Torokhtiy (from the «Za Maibutnie» group), has gifted her husband a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Maybach declared at a price significantly below market value. Despite holding a state enterprise position with an annual salary of around 110,000 UAH, Levchenko regularly showcases a luxury lifestyle, including an elite watch worth up to €88,000.
This information stems from the MP’s latest electronic asset declaration and an investigation published by the cats_and_watches blog on Threads.
According to updated entries in Bohdan Torokhtiy’s official asset declaration, on July 3, 2026, his wife Alina Levchenko gifted him a luxury 2019 Mercedes-Benz Maybach.
The document lists the vehicle’s purchase price as 1.38 million UAH (approx. $33,500). However, current listings on the Ukrainian used car market for identical models range between 3.5 million and 5.3 million UAH, several times higher than the declared amount.
Levchenko is currently employed at the State Enterprise «Center for Certification and Testing of Seeds and Planting Material,» where she reported a total annual salary of 18,500 UAH. She also received 91,300 UAH for the year from «Chernihiv Bakery No. 2.»
Despite these modest official earnings, her social media presence reflects a high-end lifestyle:
On Instagram, Levchenko posed wearing an elite Audemars Piguet watch, which can cost up to €88,000.
The luxury watch is officially listed in MP Torokhtiy’s tax declaration, confirming its authenticity and ownership within the household.
“The value of this single watch alone significantly exceeds the combined official multi-year income of both the MP and his wife,” noted analysts from the cats_and_watches blog.
