Andriy Tymchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration (RDA), has declared over 1.1 million UAH in official income for 2025, alongside substantial cash holdings in both national and foreign currencies. Specifically, the official reported holding $145,000 and €85,000 in cash. The relevant data has been published in the Unified State Register of Declarations.
According to the official asset declaration, Andriy Tymchenko owns two apartments in Kyiv. The first, measuring 104.7 square meters, was purchased in 2012 for 1.161 million UAH and is solely owned by him. The second apartment (51 sq. m., acquired in 2007) is co-owned with his wife, Nina Tymchenko, with the official holding a 67% share.
In addition to his real estate in the capital, the deputy head of the Odesa RDA owns a 2,429-square-meter land plot in the village of Kharkivtsi, Kyiv Oblast. Regarding vehicles, the official declared a 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, valued at 379,500 UAH at the time of purchase.
The most notable aspect of the filing involves the public official’s financial assets. In addition to the foreign currency, Tymchenko holds 570,000 UAH in cash. Compared to the previous year, 2024, his savings in the national currency have increased, while the amount of declared US dollars and euros remained unchanged.
«The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) will determine how closely these assets align with his official income during the verification of the declaration.»
Meanwhile, the deputy RDA chairman’s financial disclosure indicates a complete absence of securities, corporate rights, or unfinished construction projects. The upcoming NACP audit is expected to officially clarify the origin of the official’s cash holdings.
