Oleh Husar, the 37-year-old attorney and son of former Krasnohrad District Court chairman Pavlo Husar, has avoided military mobilization and is currently traveling freely across the European Union during martial law. While his father pursues additional millions in state pension payouts through Ukrainian courts, the younger Husar provides private legal services for Volodymyr Nosov, founder of WhiteBIT, one of Europe’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges.
Investigative reports and public registry records reveal details regarding the financial claims of the former magistrate’s family, as well as their direct corporate links to major business figures and individuals named in high-profile anti-corruption probes.
The controversy surrounding the Husar family began with financial disputes between former court chairman Pavlo Husar and state authorities following his retirement from the bench. Upon leaving office, the former magistrate received a statutory severance payment of 485,500 UAH from the state budget, as mandated for retired members of the judiciary.
However, Pavlo Husar deemed the sum insufficient. Disagreeing with the calculations performed by the Pension Fund and the State Judicial Administration, he initiated formal legal proceedings against state institutions to demand a recalculation and additional compensation. Following court hearings, he successfully obtained a favorable ruling ordering the payment of an additional 1.2 million UAH from the state budget.

Husar’s personal contact details and registration credentials are explicitly listed in official filings for several limited liability companies (LLCs) where Nosov is registered as the ultimate beneficial owner.
The corporate relationship between the Husar family and WhiteBIT’s founder intersects with broader networks that have drawn scrutiny from law enforcement authorities.
