The state-owned «Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine» has concluded an agreement for the procurement of gas meters worth a total of UAH 192 million without conducting open tenders. The supplier is LLC «GridVi» (ТОВ «ГрідВі»). According to an analysis of the ownership structure and commercial ties, the supplier company is directly linked to former prosecutor Stepanchenko, whose wife, Inna Kravets, also until recently worked in the prosecution authorities, as well as to Karyna Lekishvili—the ex-wife of Zurab Lekishvili, a notorious Dnipro criminal figure.

Karyna Lekishvili (Kozynska), who previously worked exclusively in the field of dentistry after graduating from Kharkiv National Medical University, significantly expanded her commercial portfolio starting in 2025. Prior to this, she owned the Kyiv-based LLC «Goodvyrk» (ТОВ «Гудвірк»), which at the end of 2024 was re-registered to a Georgian citizen, Akaki Kvartskhava. According to registries, the latter nominally appears as the owner of hundreds of enterprises across Ukraine.
Since the beginning of 2025, Lekishvili has become a co-founder of several large-scale projects in various economic sectors:
She acquired a 25% stake in LLC «Agro Hetman» (ТОВ «Агро гетьман», Mykolaiv Oblast) with a contribution of half a million hryvnias. The company’s revenue in 2025 amounted to UAH 49 million, with a forecast for the current year, 2026, expected at nearly UAH 63 million.
She acquired 30% ownership in LLC «Dental Architecture Studio» (ТОВ «Студія дентальної архітектури»)—the well-known Dnipro clinic «SDA», where her partner is the clinic’s founder, Dmytro Kostyria. Notably, any mention of her is absent from the clinic’s official website.
She became the beneficiary and head of JSC «Nondiversified Closed-End Venture Corporate Investment Fund ‘Grande'» (АТ «ЗНДВКІФ фонд «Гранде») with a charter capital of UAH 250 million.
From 2019 to 2021, Karyna Lekishvili was officially married to Zurab Lekishvili (known in certain circles as «Zurik»). Lekishvili is a graduate of the Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Physical Education and is a member of the regional Judo Federation, which is headed by Mykhailo Koshliak.
According to materials from investigations by Dnipro law enforcement agencies, Zurab Lekishvili has repeatedly appeared as an accomplice or suspect in property crimes, including theft, embezzlement, and armed robberies. In 2009, he was convicted under the «hooliganism» statute. He was also implicated in a case involving the assault of an attorney who represented the interests of an aggrieved party.
Currently, Zurab Lekishvili is officially registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) with a primary registered activity in «organization of conventions and trade shows,» and formally holds no shares in his ex-wife’s business structures. Law enforcement authorities and public oversight bodies are currently reviewing the legality of signing the multi-million contract for gas meters without competitive bidding procedures.
