Twenty-year-old Ukrainian singer and finalist of the television shows Incredible Duets and Multitrack People, Davyd Stepanyan, has become the sole owner of approximately 200 businesses across Ukraine, with a combined reported revenue exceeding 2 billion UAH last year. The mass transfer of assets—many carrying financial troubles and active criminal investigations—began shortly after the artist turned 18, placing him among the top 700 wealthiest businessmen in the country according to analytical registries.

The large-scale ownership transfers commenced in late 2025 and peaked in the spring of 2026. The corporate portfolio spans major hubs including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia, covering sectors such as construction, energy, agriculture, and tobacco retail. On March 10, 2026 alone, 13 separate companies were registered under the performer’s name, including the Kharkiv trading giant Altercomp, which recorded an annual revenue of 1.6 billion UAH.
A significant portion of the entities transferred to Stepanyan face legal complications or remain under law enforcement scrutiny. Notably, the Kyiv-based firm Prostoryz 2026 (formerly Minprod Halychyny), previously affiliated with the !FEST Emotion Holding, is implicated in an investigation by the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine (BEB) regarding off-the-books salary payments. According to investigators, over 32 million UAH in unrecorded cash passed through the firm. In February 2026, the previous beneficiaries exited the business, leaving the young artist as the sole director and owner while moving the legal registration to a known high-density corporate address in Kyiv.
A similar pattern emerged with Lisboa Travel, a company linked by analysts to the high-end retail group Helen Marlen. The entity was re-registered under Stepanyan in March 2026 and officially relocated from Kyiv to Nikopol shortly before the sudden death of its former owner, Oleksiy Kavytskyi.
«I check the internet about myself so that nothing interesting leaks out,» Davyd Stepanyan posted on social media during the release of his album Secret’s Side in May 2026.
While the young artist focuses on his music career and shares stories with followers about living in a hostel, official public registries identify him as the nominal holder of a massive corporate portfolio. Industry analysts note that transferring companies with billions in turnover to proxy owners is a classic tactic used to mitigate tax liabilities and shield former owners from law enforcement prosecution.
